Chapter 12

Valissa gets out of her car and walks up to Ryder's front door. She knocks.

"One minute!" she hears someone yell from inside.

She stands back and waits for someone to come answer the door.

The door is opened. "Lissa! Hey!"

She smiles at an out of breath Ryder.

"Am I interrupting something?" she asks with a raised brow.

"Uh... NO! Definite no!" he wipes his face.

She frowns. "Is that nail polish?" she asks with a small smile on her face.

"What?" his hand leaves his face and goes behind his back. "No!"

She laughs. "Whatever you say, sweetie."

He sighs defeated. "Shut up! I have a 5 year old daughter."

"Where's Kymmer?"

"Upstairs with Casie"

"Cool!" she says pushing pass him and into the house. "I have a lot to catch you guys up on."

He frowns. "We just saw you last night." He shuts the door.

She nods. "I know."

He laughs. "And you made Kymmer come home early!"

"How?"

"She saw you fucking that dude"

"Oh" she looks down.

"Whats wrong?"

She looks up at the 6'3 male and shakes her head. "Nothing"

He nods his head. "Just know that you can tell me anything Lis! You're like a little sister to me"

She smiles and nods. "Of course"

He nods. "Ok let me go get the girls."

She nods and walks into the living room to sit on the sofa and think about the past 17 hours. She was so focused on thinking that she didn't hear Kymmer come into the room.

"Hey girl"

She looks up with a smile. "Hey"

"What's wrong?"

She shakes her head and gets comfortable on the couch. "You might want to get comfortable."

Kymmer looks at her weirdly. "Ok?"

"So apparently some guy felt the need to videotape me while we were having sex."

Kymmer's eyes widen.

Valissa nods. "Yep! And he projected it on Davidson's computer and showed the whole class."

"What's his name?" She asks pissed.

"Cameron Brown."

"Ryder!"

"No! Stop it! I don't need Ryder getting into trouble because of me."

Too late Ryder was already in the living room. "What's up babe?" he asks with a smile.

"I need you to kick someone's ass."

His whole demeanor drops. "Who's done something to you..." he asks looking at her but the turning to Valissa. "Or you?"

Valissa shakes her head. "No one"

She wanted to avoid Ryder getting arrested at all cost. He couldn't go to jail... again!

Kymmer rolls her eyes and looks back at him. "That douche bag that I saw Valissa fucking yesterday night decided that he wanted to record the two of them and show it to their class."
