Chapter 20

Ason had been home from school for over 2 and a half hours and he was bored out of his mind. All he could do was sit around his house in nothing but sweatpants and a beanie while watching TV.

He wondered where the hell Valissa was, she only had three classes today which would mean her class got out about 20 minutes ago. He really wanted to see her.

Throughout the day he had thought of ways to tell her how much he felt for her but he just couldn't seem to do it. He also didn't want her going on that date with Jaco but where was he going to get the balls to tell his older, twin brother not to date her and her not to date him.

He sighs and runs a hand through his messy but shaggy hair. He really needed to cut it. Maybe that's what he would do while waiting for Valissa to show up.

He gets up to start walking to the back of the house but there's a knock on the door. He walks to the door and unlocks it slowly, trying to calm his heart.

"Calm" he whispers to himself as he opens the door to see the one on his mind the most.

"Ason" she smiles.

"Valissa" he says calmly, moving to the side to let her inside.

"How've you been?"

He shrugs. "Been better"

She looks at him weirdly. "You're talking more"

He looks down at her. "That a bad thing?"

"No!" She shakes her head. "Not at all"

He smirks down at her. "You wanna get straight to this?" he asks standing behind her.

She nods. "Yes, just hold on a minute" she says bending down to remove her shoes.

Ason's eyes widen. Holy fuck! She was bending down in front of him with her ass in the air and a few inches away from his crotch.

He slowly but hesitantly backs away from her and loves the view of her bare ass and purple lacy thongs. "Nice underwear"

She gasps. "Ason!" She whips around so fast she trips.

He catches her before she hits the floor.

She looks up at him as he looks down at her. They look at each other a little while longer before Ason starts to slowly lean in. Valissa doesn't stop him which encourages him to move in closer.

"Ason" she whispers.

He smiles faintly. "Yes Valissa"

She sighs softly. "Maybe we shouldn't"

He pulls back and looks into her eyes. He could see the want in her eyes but also the guilt. She was feeling guilty for actually wanting to kiss him? Why?

He sighs. "You're right. Wouldn't be right to Jaco"

She nods. "Yeah, that's why" she steps back from his arms and slowly removes her other shoe.

Once Valissa is down to her normal height she picks her bag back up. "Where to?" she asks.

He nods his head to the back of the house. "My room"

She nods with a smile and heads to the room that she remembers was secluded from the rest of the house.

"Why is your room so far away from the others?" Valissa asks him going back to normal.

He shrugs even though she can't see him. "Wanted my privacy"

She snorts. "Whatever." Walking into his room she looks around. "You know you're room is pretty clean for a guy."
