Chapter 19

Valissa continues to walk to her class until she runs into someone. The blonde girl.

"Yeah, he totally just rejected me." She says to two other girls beside her. "Saying how I was a bitch and everything." She scoffs. "And then I laid it on him psycho ass! Told him that he was nothing without me!"

"You are such a genius, Joanna" the one girl says laughing.

Valissa didn't know who they were talking about but she really hoped it wasn't Ason.

The two girls go quiet when the other girl speaks up.

"That's the girl with the sex video with Cameron Brown." She tries to whisper.

Joanna gasps. "Seriously?" she laughs. "Thank god he moved onto something better"

Valissa had to stop on that one. Turning around slowly with a deadly look on her face, "Oh really and who is that?" Valissa snaps.

Joanna grins. "Me of course" she says pointing to herself.

Valissa laughs. "I'm sorry I don't think we've met? You are?"

"Joanna Morano" she says with a smirk. "Pretty sure you've heard of me"

Valissa shakes her head. "No, not really."

Her smirk falls from her face. "Whatever"

She snaps her fingers. "Oh yeah I did hear about you."

Joanna smirks.

"You're the bitch who broke up with Ason Buchanan, right?"

She nods her head with a smile. "Yes that's me"

"Big mistake" Valissa says.

"And why?"

"Because he's mine now"

Joanna bursts out laughing. "Good luck with that! He's too damaged."

"I'm sure I can fix him if need be"

"Nope! Sorry honey, I'm the only one who can try to fix that." She laughs. "He's so damaged that I couldn't"

Valissa rolls her eyes at her not liking the way she was talking about Ason. She didn't like anyone bad mouthing Ason, so all she said was, "Good luck with the amateur porn director" and kept it moving.

Joanna's mouth drops.

Valissa wiggles her fingers in a goodbye fashion and continues on to her class.

She gets to Davidson's class about 3 minutes later and knocks on the door before entering. "Sorry I'm late Miss"

"Oh that's alright dear. The dean just called" she smiles at her.

Valissa smiles back.

"Valissa I will need you to inform Ason that we didn't do anything today but work on our projects and the dean also said that you are to meet Ason at their place later."

Valissa smiles and nods. "Ok. I will go straight over after my last class. Thank you for letting me know."

She smiles. "Anytime sweetie."

She sits down at the top.

Jaco walks over to her. "Where were you?"

"Mickey's office"

"Why?"

Valissa was so ready to flip. She hated being questioned and that's all Jaco seemed to do; question her. "We had discuss something"

"What?"

Valissa slaps her sketchpad on the desk. "I'm sorry Jaco, I don't see how that's any of your business."
