Fairy Tail - In Our World [Natsu x Reader]

Chapter 1: Kidnapped

You stare out the window of your car. You hadn't wanted to go on a family vacation. I mean, you loved your family and all, but spending twelve hours in a car everyday for two weeks wasn't exactly appealing. Your one older brother was seated next to you, with your parents being in front of the car. You looked at the mountain outside your window with little interest. It was very pretty, but it looked the same as every mountain you'd driven past for the last six hours.

You doze off in a daydream, lazily staring at the endless mountains and rivers. You suddenly bolt out of your reverie. A loud 'thump' on the roof of your car had drawn your attention.

"What the hell was that?" You question, not expecting an answer. "Watch your language, (Y/n)," Your mom scolds you. You roll your eyes in response. Whatever had hit the top of the car must've been heavy, because a large dent was visible from the inside. The car rolled to a stop, and you open the side door to investigate.

There, on the roof of your car, was a girl. She looked around your age, but she had the largest breasts you'd ever seen. She also had pretty brown eyes and blonde hair. She was clothed in a crop top that showed off her hips nicely.

Also on the roof of the car was a boy, who seemed around your age as well. He had deep onyx eyes, and tan skin. His clothes were... different. He had a vest that revealed his abs, which you must admit, were quite a sight to behold – which you must admit were strange for someone your age to have. Definitely not something you'd see every day. But the strangest thing about him was his hair. It was a soft pink color, and looked as if he had used hair gel to spike it. But even stranger than that was the small BLUE cat.

Blue? Maybe they dyed its fur blue? That's the only reason I can think of for it being blue.

To sum it all up, they were the strangest group of people you'd ever seen.

"Where did you come from?" Your older brother, Liam, asked with caution evident in his voice. He was nineteen, and you were sixteen. The one with pink hair stands up, on top of the girl, who started slapping his leg, making more noise than you thought possible. Although the boy was paying no attention to her, as he was scanning his surroundings. The sight was quite comical.

"Natsu, get off of me!" The girl shrieked, hurting your eyes. "We need to find the others and Zeref! We have to go look for them!" The boy yells. He finally moves off the girl, and she stands up. You can hear her muttering angrily as she dusts herself off.

"Er... Excuse me? What are you doing on the roof of our car? Did you fall from the sky?" You ask timidly. His onyx eyes look into your own (e/c) eyes, examining you. You feel uneasy under his strong gaze, and you shift your weight from foot to foot.

The pinkette's eyes move to the girl, and he says, "Hey, Lucy? Do you have any idea where we are? This place smells so different... And what the hell are we standing on?"

He completely ignored me! I find that insulting! ... Did he say this place smells different?

The girl merely shrugs, then looks at the surrounding people. Your dad was angry, looking ready to skin the people on top of the car alive. Your mom looked worried, one hand hovering over the handle of the car door, the other over her pocket; where you assumed her phone was. Liam's expression was unreadable, his stormy blue eyes dark. You thought this entire thing was hilarious. Two people who fell from the sky landed on your car. And they looked like anime characters. Especially the pinkette's outfit.

It's like one of my daydreams came to life...

"Lucy, I think... we were transported to a different world. Kind of like the time with Edolas. Except just the ones who were at the place with Zeref. The others are probably still at the guild. We need to find a way to get back. But first we need to find everyone else. And we need a way to navigate around here. One of these guys may be able to help us," the boy explains to the girl. You step forward. Or at least you would have if your brother hadn't held you back.

"(Y/n), stay away from those people... they could be dangerous." He whispers. You hesitantly nod.

"Happy, you know what to do!" The boy yells.

"Actually... I don't know what to do Natsu..." The small blue cat says. He had a cute voice.

There's no way this is really happening. Cats can't talk. Or be naturally blue, last time I checked.

"Right. We need a navigator. One of them can probably help us. Just get the one that's easiest to carry, then we need to figure out how to get back." The pinkette says to the cat.

"Aye, sir!" The cute cat yells. You yelp in surprise when your feet were lifted from the ground.

"Am I... flying? What the hell is happening?" You shout, looking down at the ground. Your parents and brother were waving frantically, looking for a way to get you back. You notice that your mom had gotten her phone out and was most likely dialing the police. You watch with mixed emotions as the cat carries you farther and farther away from the life you had once known. A blur of color grabs your attention to a different point on the ground. The boy was carrying the blonde, and keeping up with the flying cat from the ground. You were surprised at how fast he was running; especially since he was carrying the girl. Now that your adrenaline rush was over, fear was left in its wake.

Where are these people taking me? Where did they come from? What do they want with me? ... Will I ever see my family again?
