"Henry, sit down!" Elliot tried to pull Henry to sit in the stands but the boy refused as he struggled to pull his shirt away from Elliot's strong grasp. "The game hasn't even started yet, you psycho!"

"I'm trying to get myself all pumped up and ready." Henry said nearly falling forward as Elliot released him but Stella and Eliza caught him last second and helped him until he was steady on his feet.

"Leave the boy alone." Stella told Elliot. "If he wants to cheer on Gryffindor and Hope, he's in his right. Even though Slytherin is going to destroy Gryffindor."

"You say that every year." Elliot scoffed. "Last season was the worse season Slytherin had in years."

"No need for the reminders, besides we have a strong team this year. You'll see." Stella said settling back to watch the match."

"I'd like to see Gryffindor do well this year." Eliza said. "Of course, I was happy to see Ravenclaw pull through, but Gryffindor did come close. Very good season."

Everyone stared at Eliza as her lack of competitive nature shone through.

"How are we related, let alone twins?" Stella asked her.

Eliza rolled her eyes. "You know, Hope is our cousin it would be nice to cheer her on as well."

"Not when she's playing against my house." Stella said.

Henry shook his head at her. "Evil thing, you are."

Stella shrugged. "I just take deep pride within my house." she suddenly hissed at them causing Elliot to fall off his seat.

"Are you alright?" Eliza asked helping the boy up as Henry and Stella laughed. Henry quickly fell silent as Elliot gave him a look but Stella didn't seem at all fearful as Elliot glared in her direction.

"What are you going to do about it?" Stella said to him, but Elliot remained quiet.

"Ohh look, they're about to come out and take to the pitch." Eliza clapped her hands together happily.

Henry let out a loud whistle causing everyone to flinch in the vicinity around him as Hope took to the pitch. She turned her head and laughed before waving in his direction.

The first match of the season took place between Gryffindor and Slytherin, known house and quidditch rivals, but since the end of the Second Wizarding War, there was a new atmosphere to Hogwarts as there was no house discrimination or hostility. The competitive nature came within the academics or out on the quidditch pitch, but finally the four houses seemed to be in an unspoken harmony.

There were still the students that didn't always agree with it, but many didn't pay much mind to it. Hearing stories of the war from parents and siblings was enough for the new generation to realize they didn't want any part of that.

The quidditch captains met before the new Quidditch referee to shake hands while the teams mounted their brooms.

"Is that Fergus Wood?" Stella asked glancing down at the boy on the field. "Merlin, he grew over the summer, remember how short he was?"

"Looks like he takes after his fathers." Eliza said.

"Don't be stupid, Eliza, how could he take after them? He's adopted." Stella pointed out.

"That doesn't matter." Eliza responded with an irritated look. "He lives under the same roof with them when he's not in school. He's always around them and eats the same food as them, perhaps it allows me to grow big and strong just like them. After all, that's his natural environment and when he's not here, they're in control of it. So there."

"Will you all shut up, they're in the air right now and you're talking about height and natural environment!" Henry said.

"You know this is exactly why I don't come to quidditch games." Teddy's voice alerted him as he and Victoire arrived climbing down the benches to where they were sitting. "You're all so aggressive at them."

"This isn't aggressive...I'll show you aggressive." Stella said.

"Eliza, why do you insist on bringing your pet dragon with you every year? Wouldn't she be much happier at home in the sanctuary?" Teddy asked with a smirk.

Everyone sighed as Teddy continued to antagonize Stella who was blowing steam through her nostrils fully prepared to throw Teddy down into the pitch.

Suddenly,  there were gasps causing Henry to return his attention back to the pitch where Hope was giving one of her teammates a high five. Other Gryffindors in the stands cheered loudly.

"Great, I totally missed that." Henry said looking to the group. "Way to go guys."

"I'll tell you what happened," Eliza said, " judging by all the blood pouring out of Nott's nose, I'm pretty sure he just took a bludger to the face."

"And Hope looks all too proud of herself." Henry chuckled.

"Hope reminds me of when we used to play with Aunt Ginny at the Burrow in the summers...completely ruthless when it comes to taking down the opponent..friend or family." Eliza laughed.

"Can we all just take a minute to appreciate Professor Lupin...' Stella pointed out to where the teachers were sitting in the stands.

The group looked over to see the grandfather clapping loudly near his friends as he cheered his granddaughter on.

"I can only imagine what it would be like if Grandpa Lyall came to the matches..." Teddy said.

"Do I hear a sense of jealousy in your tone, Teddy?" Stella mused. "I'm sure they would cheer you on, if you actually did something with yourself."

Teddy's face became red before Henry stood up.

"Welp, since you all are being total pains and arguing, I'm moving closer, where I can actually focus on the game."

"And you can get a closer view of your girlfriend." Teddy winked at him.

Everyone's eyes fell on Henry but he just ignored them before climbing down the stands in between students until he reached the railings.

The game was tied,90-90 and it was anyone's game as the Seekers struggled to capture the snitch. The chasers were fighting over the quaffle while Hope and the other Beaters were sending bludgers back and forth at each other.

Unfortunately at one point, Hope's elbow was clipped as she and her fellow beater Tom got in the way of each other trying to dodge it.

Henry could see the pain on her face as she tried to fight it but it was clear that her elbow was more than likely broken by the hit.

"Oooh she's definitely going to need Madam Liddel for that one." He muttered.

To add insult to the injury, it was the Slytherin Seeker who caught the snitch at the last second bringing the Gryffindors their first loss of the season.
