“Timmy! So nice to see you!” Felicity walked gracefully into the room with a smirk on her face.

“Felicity?!” Tim stared in shock.

“Yeah. Suprise!” Felicity cried out sarcastically.

“I thought I’d never see you again” Tim looked down sadly.

“Pfft. I wish.” Felicity raised her brows, as she rolled her eyes.

“Hey Felicity” Rachel interrupted.

“Hey Rachel.” Felicity nodded, giving her a small smile.

Tim regained his mind, and he spoke out again in anguish. “Felicity, you have to let me explain!”

“Explain what? That you cheated on me while I was away on a mission? That you’d probably been cheating on me the whole time we were dating?” Felicity glared at him.

“Yes-No!!! I didn’t cheat on you!” Tim protested.

“Oh yeah, then how do you explain that kiss with ‘Miss AirHead’ as you liked to call her?”

“She kissed me!!!” Tim shouted frantically.

“Don’t give me that crap. I’m leaving. Enjoy your last meal.”

“Felicity!  Wait! Look into my eyes, and see that I’m telling the truth!!!”

Felicity stopped in her tracks. Slowly, she turned around and walked up to Tim. She looked directly into his eyes, and he saw something flash in her pupils as she drew away.

“See?” Tim asked, relieved.

“No. I don’t see.” Felicity shook her head, walking out of the room. The rest of the guards walked out behind her, locking the iron door shut. Tim sat there, staring at his hands.

“Tim?” Rachel asked tentatively.

“I’ve lost her.” Tim stared at his hands with no emotion, “I’ve really lost her.”

“I’m sorry Tim” Rachel put her arms around him comfortingly, and watched as tears leaked out of his eyes, and her heart broke for him. This was not the first time.

“Why? Why does this always happen to me?” Tim swallowed, more tears dripping from the tips of his eyes. There was a long silence, and Tim spoke again.

“Why won’t she believe me?”

“Because she doesn’t love you anymore.”

Tim and Rachel looked up immediately, to see a blonde haired beauty with chocolate brown eyes that seemed to glimmer with danger.

“I’m Felicity’s cousin, Veronica. And you, are Tim and Rachel.”

No-one said anything.

“But, as I was saying,” Veronica started again, “I believe you. And if she won’t have you, then I will.”

Rachel frowned. Tim’s eyes opened in horror.  Veronica smiled, fluttering her lashes at Tim.

“Look, Veronica, I...I only have eyes for Felicity.”

“Very well then.” Veronica frowned, “Looks like I’ll just have to win you over some other way. Farewell Timmy.” She then turned to Rachel, with a look of distaste, “And you.” Then she walked out of the room with her nose in the air.

Tim sighed, relieved that she had gone.

“Finally!” Another voice called out.

Tim looked up again, to see a pixie-like girl, with a huge grin on her face.

“Hi Rachel!!! I’m Peach!!! Hi Tim!!!” The girl squealed, hugging them. She had short brown hair, and brown eyes.

“Uh..Hi?” Rachel smiled hesitantly.

“Oh! You haven’t eaten yet?” Peach exclaimed , pushing their plates towards them, “Try some! I made it myself!!! It’s not poisoned y’know.”

“Um..Sure..” Rachel smiled, digging in.

“Ugh, I hate Veronica. She’s so stuck-up. She gets her genes from our mum.”

“You two are sisters?” Tim swallowed the piece of pie that he was eating.

“Yeah. I wish she wasn’t though. She was born first, and so she got everything. Dad never really cared. Mum was just in it for the money.” Peach shrugged, “She actually used to be nice, believe it or not. Then, in high school, she started hanging out with Candy and Darcy. She started wearing revealing clothes, and skirts that could count as belts. Oh, and she started shopping” Peach shivered, “I remember Mum was so pleased that her eldest daughter was following in her footsteps.”

“Sorry?” Rachel asked, unsure of what to say.

“What for? Mum was a bitch, and so was Veronica. Tim, you better watch your back. Veronica’s a slut, and she likes a challenge. She doesn’t care that Felicity’s still in love with you”

“She is?” Tim’s back straightened in excitement, and he groaned as it snapped.

“She doesn’t realise, but she is. Everyone can see it. And she was lying when she said she couldn’t see anything in your eyes. You have nice eyes by the way. Paul Walker’s got nice eyes too.” She sighed dreamily.

“Well...” Rachel watched her as she stared off into space , “Uhh, Peach? Hello?”

“Huh? Oh, wow, you’ve got really nice eyes! I wish my eyes were pretty..”

“But you’ve got great eyes!” Rachel stumbled, protesting.

“Nahh, ,my ex said I have horrible eyes.”

“Well, he was an asshole.”

“I know!!!” Peach exclaimed, “And I found him and Veronica kissing! Imagine that!”

Tim sat there, chewing a piece of meat from the delicious chilli con carne that he had taken possession of, watching the two girls gossip, with mild interest. Suddenly, the door swung open, and Tim looked up, wiping his mouth frantically.

“Peach! What are you doing here?” Felicity grinned, hugging her.

“I was just talking to my new best friends-apart from you.”

“What, Tim and Rachel?”

“Yeah, they’re really cool, especially Rachel. Tim’s a bit greedy. He ate all my meat pie, carbonara, Caesar Salad, and half of my chilli con carne!”

Tim quickly pushed his half empty plate towards Rachel silently, and then grinned at Felicity hopefully.

Felicity sighed, and walked out. “Come Peach, we’ve got a lot to talk about.”

And with that, the room was locked yet again.
