Bradley: hey sorry I took so long to finally text you. I wanted to make sure I had everything done so I could spend the rest of the night with you.

Sabrina: how cute 😂

Bradley: ....rethinking this FaceTime thing 😒

Sabrina: oh shush you, when can we start this?

8:50 pm

Bradley: eager are we?

8:53 pm

Sabrina: Bradley....

8:54 pm

Bradley: sorry haha okay uh how about now?

8:57 pm

Sabrina: okay let's do it

8:58 pm

Bradley: I'm nervous.

9:00 pm

Sabrina: me too

9:01 pm

Sabrina: are you gonna call? Because I'm not doing it first. Sorry 'bout it.

9:05 pm

*Bradley would like to FaceTime...*

I take a deep breath a hit accept. His face pops up after what feels like forever and I freeze.

"Hey" he says.

His voice is so deep...it's hot.

"Hi" I reply shyly.

"Wow you're voice is so beautiful. Can you be anymore perfect?"

I blush deeply "okay you can stop now"

He chuckles and my heart speeds up even more. Why am I so nervous? I don't even like this guy like that.

"What? I can't help it."

"Anyways do you uhh want to watch a movie? I mean that's what this was all about right?" He asks nervously

"Yeah that would be cool"

"Awesome. I picked out a scary movie" he says holding up The Conjuring.

"No, sorry, no way" I say as soon as I see the DVD.

"What" he laughs "you don't like scary movies?"

"No I love them that's why I just said 'no, sorry, no way'" I say, my words dripping with sarcasm

"Okay smartass" he laughs "sorry to break it to you but....we're watching this"

"I guess I'll end this then"

"No please. Come on B, just this one time. Next time, we can watch a chick flick or whatever you like" he says desperately. It's cute.

"Who says there is gonna be a next time" I joke

"Sabrina, babe, come on"

My heart flutters. I'm not gonna lie, I secretly like that he calls me babe. But I'm not gonna tell him that.

"Fine, fine gosh put in the movie" I groan

He mumbles something under his breath while putting in the movie. Then he turns and beams at me.

"Ready?" He asks

I shrug "I guess"

The movie was horrible. I screamed and jumped so many times. I've never been more scared in my life and all Bradley did was laugh at me.

"So I'm guessing you liked it" he bites his lip, holding back his laughter.

I shoot him a glare "thanks to you I'm gonna be paranoid all night now. I probably won't get any sleep"

"Awe B, I'm sorry. We could stay on FaceTime while we sleep. It'd be like I'm there with you...kind of. You'll be okay"

"Uhhh I don't know if I want you to see me sleeping." I'm pretty sure I'm an ugly sleeper.

"Suit yourself" he shrugs "you're the one who is gonna be sleeping alone in a dark, scary room. Oh hey Rory" he waves looking past me.

"Stop Bradley" I yell while he laughs his butt off "you're so mean"

"Don't pout, it's too cute" he says and I just pout even more which causes him to laugh. He has a cute laugh "So do you want to do this or sleep alone?"

"Fine but don't stare at me while I sleep" I point a finger at him

"I'm not a weirdo"

I roll my eyes and excuse myself to go change and brush my teeth. When I get back, I decide to hang up and FaceTime him on my Mac.

We spend another hour or so just talking and joking. We get to know each other even better and the nervousness between us completely vanishes.

"I'm getting tired" I yawn

"Then sleep"

"You have to go to sleep too"

He smiles at me, "Oh yeah? Who says"

I rest my head on the pillow and place my hands under my cheek and yawn once more before replying, "I say"

"Who even sleeps like that?"

"Me" I close my eyes.

"I think it's adorable"

"Thanks I guess. I'm going to sleep now, good night Bradley"

He gives me one last smile before laying down as well. "Goodnight Sabrina"

And with that. I close my eyes again and drift off into a peaceful slumber.

This chapter was a bit different but I hope it wasn't too boring.
