Camila marched into the larger front room and saw Lauren entering the house, with blood dripping from her mouth. She looked a mess. Camila looked at her body up and down with disgust and Lauren took a few moments to realise what was happening. That's when shame and guilt struck Lauren like a lightening bolt. Lauren stared at her with sad eyes, not knowing what words to say for her horrible actions.

"Camila, I'm really sorry, I couldn't control myself." She sighed, the sadness glinting in her eyes as she pinched the bridge of her nose; frustrated at herself.

"I had just gave you some of my blood and you do this to me, just... leave me alone." Camila said planning on sounding very strong and angry, but instead she sounded weak and upset, she had so many mixed emotions towards the monster. Camila shook her head lightly strolling back into the kitchen and into the garden.

She had noticed Lauren hadn't followed her or made any other attempt to apologise again, which is secretly what she wanted. She grabbed a shovel from the old, crooked shed and started digging a small hole in her back garden. She soon placed Miracle in the hole and buried his lifeless body as tears ran down her damp cheeks. Lastly, she collected two tiny planks of wooden and cut them down to the right sizes then, nailed them together to create a cross sign. She planted it in the ground by Miracle's grave and placed a few of Camila's favourite flowers are on top of it.

She swirled back around gazing up through the windows of the house and saw Lauren peering through at the attic room, watching Camila. Lauren jumped back from the window within seconds, but Camila knew she had seen the monster. Shuffling, she re-entered the warm house not really knowing what to do with herself. She decided throwing the dog bowls she had got the dog and anything to do with the animal but decided keeping his bed in the corner of her room, since it gave her comfort.

Days passed by unnoticeably. Lauren and Camila continued not to speak to each other. Lauren was afraid. Camila was mad. Lauren locked herself in her room again re-thinking the situation and how she'd stop herself every time. Not speaking to Camila bothered her greatly too, she had formed a strong admiration towards the human and she actually cared for her. Lauren didn't want to harm her ever again, she made a vow she wouldn't hurt the human again.

Camila held her head in her hands tiredly staring at her laptop screen annoyingly. She had the bad case of writers block. She swung around in her computer chair and tapped her finger in canon on the giant desk.

DING-DONG the bell sang through the house making Camila jump from her chair running down her stairs, looking under dressed. She had a messy bun in with strains of her falling perfectly besides her face and wore baggy shorts with an over sized shirt. She opened the door and standing in front of her were two police officers.

"May I help you?" Camila asked in a sweet time furrowing her eyebrows at the police officers confusingly.

"Ma'am, we are here to warn you about the recent crimes that have gone on, since you live alone here, it maybe dangerous." The police officer on the right explained taking his hat off in respect. "Yesterday night, three men were murdered behind the old pub."

"Oh my, what happened to them?" Asked Camila in a shocked tone with her eyes wider than moon glancing between the two officers.

"Well..." the other officer chirped in rolling her eyes at the tall officer who exhaled deeply. "We've found out their cause of death but it's what killed them is the real question." She shook her head slightly sighing out loud miserably.

"What do you mean?" Camila questioned shooting them both confusing looks and leaning on the side of the slender door.

"The victims had died from an unidentifiable bite over their bodies." The female officer continued not sure how to word it without sounding crazy, however Camila had instantly caught on what has happened. "Anyway, we have other houses to visit, stay safe Ma'am."

The two officers turned around and scurried back to their police car as Camila shut the door behind her looking up at the balcony, that was on the second floor, seeing Lauren leaning on the handrail. They both stared at each other emotionlessly as Camila just ignored Lauren strolling into the kitchen. Lauren jumped down off the balcony landing elegantly on the steady floor and followed Camila into the next room. Camila totted around the kitchen collecting things to make her something to eat, completely not acknowledging Lauren's presence.

"I'm sorry." Lauren sighed watching Camila and stalking her to every corner of the room.

Camila looked down shoving passed her and nosing around in the creaky cupboards. Lauren let out a stressful sigh, her eyes glued to Camila following her around the kitchen. Suddenly, Lauren pinned the weaker human up against the fridge door, making the large, cold box shake rapidly and caused an item to fall off the top of it. Lauren pressed her low stomach on to Camila, using her hands to keep Camila pinned down. She gazed into the smaller girls eyes, who's eyes trembled with fear and shear shock. The creature pulled Camila into a forcefully hug and wrapping her tight arms around Camila's body, then resting her head on the humans shoulder.

"I didn't mean to, I swear." She whispered into Camila's ear softly, with a saddened tone to her fragile voice.

Camila's heart dropped. She couldn't help but feel completely sorry for Lauren. After all, she didn't mean to do what she did and Camila knew deep down Lauren couldn't control the wicked urge inside of her. Camila also knew she couldn't stay mad at her forever since she started falling for the creature. She knew Lauren would definitely not return the feelings, which hurt her slightly. She wrapped her arms around the taller girl, returning the hug as she felt Lauren smile into her shoulder.

"It's fine, I forgive you." Camila half smiled patting Lauren's back gently as they both pulled away from the embrace.

"I want to make you dinner as a 'thank you' for forgiving me." Lauren smiled brightly staring at Camila for an answer.

"You're not the best at cook, so how about you help make a cake?" Camila laughed slightly, walking over her kitchen cupboard getting out a bag flour and sugar.

"I'd like that." Lauren nodded joyfully sitting on the kitchen counter as Camila gathered the ingredients.

Camila took out eggs and butter from the fridge, as Lauren dangled her legs off the counter resting her head on the fridge. Lauren shot Camila a cheeky wink once she got the items out of the fridge, making the human blush ever so slightly. Camila grabbed her scales and weighed out the right amount of measurements for the different foods and placed them all in separate bowls. She signalled Lauren to come over to her as she poured the sugar and butter into one larger bowl together. She then used her fingertips to mix demonstrating to Lauren on what to do. After a little demo, Lauren took over mixing the butter and sugar and when she started using her hands not her fingertip, Camila rolled her eyes playfully.

"Use your finger tips, the palm is too warm." Camila explained placing her hands on top of Lauren's helping her rub the butter and sugar together.

Lauren nodded biting her lower lip competitively and started getting the hang of the method, once Camila had helped her. Camila cracked the eggs in the bowl and started mixing all the ingredients together with her wooden spoon. Camila dipped her index finger into the bowl and licked the mixture off slowly, whilst making eye contact with Lauren. Lauren smirked slightly as Camila poured some flour into the mixing bowl and stirred all the final ingredients together into one. Lauren took over the stirring whilst, Camila set the oven and grabbed the cake tin placing it in the counter. She guided Lauren as she tilted the glass bowl pouring the mix into the cake tin. Camila placed the tin into the oven closing the lid afterwards.

Camila swirled around, leaning against the counter looking over at Lauren, who was mimicking her. "Now, we wait."
