It didn't take long for Ivan to drift off once more, deciding that all that mattered to him in that moment was the man next to him.

Slowly the window hatched open, a small breeze brushing over their sleeping bodies. However, they did not awake. A head popped in the room , Yaos. The man grins mischievously seeing that Alfred was still alive. He simply and quietly gets down from the window and unzips his bag. He looks down at them , swinging up handcuffs with his left hand; Cuffing only Ivan down on the bed. Then gagging his mouth and afterwards Alfreds. " Wakey wakey " He smacks Ivan across the face.

Ivan jolted awake with a start, eyes wide in panic as he realised he could not cry out. Upon realising who his captor was, he set about trying to free himself, all while glaring furiously at Yao.

The man laughs, quiet enough so the nurse couldn't hear. " Hey there sweet heart " he yawnks Alfred by his hair and off of the bed, Alfred himself jolting awake.

Ivan twisted in his bonds, his anger turning to fear as he realised that Yao's intentions were with the one he held dear, not him.

Yao throws Alfreds face to the floor, making Alfred muffle loudly against the gag; As the American was trying to scream. Tears falling down his face. Yao again laughs gently, walking over to the door, making sure it was locked. " Lets have some fun " Yao starts to unzip his pants.

Ivan screamed through his gag, thrashing his legs madly as he tried to break loose.

Alfred continued to cry, helpless as he could still not move his body. Yao finished taking off his pants as he goes to pull down Alfreds. Ivan strained against the handcuffs until his wrists were bruised and red, tears falling from his own eyes as he told himself not to look, that it was all just another bad dream.

Ivan, still straining too hard against his cuffs, cried out in fury and pain for Alfred. With a last burst of immeasurable strength, he snapped the links away from the bed and sat bolt upright, looking like he was about to murder Yao.

Yao curses , however he continued to thrust into Alfred a few more times before pulling out and slicing more of his back. Alfred whimpers and falls to the floor , still crying.

Ivan leapt off the bed, tearing the gag out of his mouth as he grabbed Yao by the throat. He wrestled the smaller man off of Alfred, pinning him down to the floor with a murderous glint in his eyes.

"Shut your mouth, you bastard." He spat, pressing his hand down harder. With his other hand, he clicked the button by the bed to alert the nurses of a problem.

Yao continued to laugh , as well as choking as all the nurses run into the room.

"Oh my god! Someone call the police!" The regular nurse gasped upon realising what had happened, helping Alfred back up onto the bed to tend to his wounds.
