Chapter 12

Conflict Inside

After Darth Xina massacred the two Jedi she left Tatooine. She flew into the atmosphere and her master contacted her. "What is you're will, my master?", asked Darth Xina. "You will go to Dagobah and hunt down more rogue Jedi, then come back and report to me," said Darth Vader. "Yes, my master," said Xina. She set her hyperdrive on Dagobah's location, and entered hyperspace. Minutes later she exited hyperspace, and arrived at Dagobah. She entered the atmosphere and she couldn't see anything. She was very cautious trying to land on the land. She landed safely on the musky ground, and she got out. The humidity hit her and the swampy presence disgusted her. She walked across the muddy, swampy path until she saw a small cave ahead. Near the cave, was a small creature sitting there. She approached him and was shocked to discover that it is Master Yoda. Yoda looked up at Xina and sighed. "The potential you had, lost it is," said Yoda. Xina got angry and lashed at him "It's not gone, I'm more powerful than any Jedi!". He looked at the ground and said to her "Hate leads to suffering, you're master, leading you to suffering he is,". Xina looked at Yoda and was getting very angry at him. "What do you mean?," she asked. "The Emperor, twisted he is, his puppet you're turning to be," said Yoda. Xina's anger rose to the surface and she stormed into the cave. She walked deep into the cave, she couldn't see so she activated her lightsabers. She advanced into the tunnel and she heard a branch snap. She turned around and there was nothing there, she sensed a very powerful force energy in the cave. She walked further into the cave, there were vines hanging all over the walls. Xina saw something move in the vines, so she cut through them revealing nothing there. She was thinking she was going insane, she looked all around the cave. As soon as she turned back around, she saw someone standing in the shadows. She saw the person activate two green lightsabers, and she readied herself. "Today is the day you die Jedi," said Xina smiling. The Jedi stayed silent and jumped into the air, and got into a saber lock. Xina was shocked it was her formal self. The vision of Ahoska pushed Xina back. "Let go of you're hate, there is still hope for you," said Ahsoka. Xina looked up and smiled sadistically and said "Anger and hate fuel me, hope is useless,". Xina attacked her formal self and kicked it into the vine wall. The vision disappeared and appeared again at her side, and looked at her. "How far you've fallen, pitiful," said the vision of Ahsoka. Xina slashed at the vision and it disappeared again. "Get out of my mind!," yelled Xina. The vision appeared again in front of her, and held her arms open. "You can still come back and atone for you're crimes," said Ahsoka. Xina deactivated her sabers and grabbed her own head. She began to have visions of her killing all of the Jedi. She then had a vision of the future and saw her and Darth Vader standing before the Emperor. She saw herself battle Darth Vader and killing him. She couldn't bear the sight of that, but what came next shocked her even more. She saw herself at the Emperor's side and she attempted to assassinate him. The Emperor shocked her with force lightning, and watched herself scream in pain. She soon saw herself, almost fully cybernetic. Her legs were metal, her arms were metal, her body was completely metal and life support attached to it. Her connection to the force was completely cut, and she screamed. She exited the vision, and she fell to her knees and screamed. "What do I do?," asked Xina. The vision of Ahsoka walked towards her, and knelt down. "All you must do is come back," said Ahsoka. She held out her hand and Xina grabbed it. This made Ahsoka smile and she got up. Although Xina didn't loosen her grip, she got up and thrusted her sabers through the vision. "I will write my own path, no one even the Emperor will get in my way," said Xina coldly. She deactivated her lightsabers and Ahsoka fell to the ground. As Xina walked away from the scene, Ahsoka disappeared. Xina was finally free of everything trying to bring her back, even her old self couldn't do it. The horrors she saw in the cave will be forever implanted into her brain. She will do whatever it takes to stop those tragedies from happening.
