Chapter 15

The Dark Side Consumes

As Xina attacked her father with a flurry of strikes, her father kicked her into the wall. This angered Xina, and she looked up at her father. She spit blood on the floor, and her irises began to flow yellow from the rage. "You Jedi scum!," yelled Xina in pain. Her father began to cry for her lost daughter, and he held in his emotions. He wiped the tears from his face, and realized that her daughter has become a Sith, and he must destroy her. He charged at Xina, but she side stepped him and punched him in the abdomen. He coughed up blood from the impact of the punch, and grabbed her tendrils and threw her onto the ground. He activated his lightsaber and put it to her throat. Xina smiled at her dad, and began to taunt him. "Come on dad, do it!", yelled Xina. "Kill your only daughter, the one daughter that hates you!," taunted Xina. This erupted a surge of anger in her dad, and he raised his lightsaber about to deliver the final blow. Suddenly Xina activated her sabers to block her fathers lethal blow, and pushed him off her. They both got up and attacked each other relentlessly. Her father attempted to slice at her stomach, but she backed away just in time. Her father threw his lightsaber at Xina, but she stopped it in mid air with the force. She turned the saber around to where it was facing her father, and used her other hand to drag him into it. Her father tried resisting, but he grew ever closer to the searing hot saber. The Emperor was very impressed with this technique of hers, that he stood up to watch. "Yes, kill him my apprentice," said the Emperor. Xina used the force to pull her father even closer to the saber, he broke from the force grip and grabbed his saber. Xina turned around very exhausted and her father along with her. "You've gotten strong Ahsoka, I'm proud of you," said her father. She stayed silent and brought her sabers up to her face, and looked at him with an intent to kill him. Her father jumped into the air and Xina stopped him in the air with the force. Using the strength she has remaining, she began to spread her arms apart. Her father began to scream, suddenly both of his arms ripped right off his body. Blood splattered on the ground and her face, much to her sadistic delight. She used the force to break his legs, her father felt his bones bend, then snap and pop through his skin. Then his skin began to detach from his body, and his legs were gone. Blood began to spill out over the floor, and him screaming in pain much to her delight. She used the force to grip his throat, while he choked he looked at his daughter one last time. "I will always love you Ahsoka," said her father. This angered Xina greatly, she took her saber and decapitated his head. Blood gushed out from the gaping hole where his head used to be. "Love is weak, love is a lie, that's why you lost," said Xina to her dead father's corpse. The Emperor began to laugh maniacally, and Xina turned around. "Excellent, simply excellent!," exclaimed the Emperor. "You are truly a worthy successor for the Empire, I can see you even perhaps surpassing me one day," said Palpatine. Xina bowed down to him and said "yes master,". The Emperor stood her up and walked with her. "I need you to take someone out for me, he has become a pain in my side and I can sense his potential as a threat," said Palpatine. "Of course master, who?," asked Xina curiously. "His name is Galen Marek, he's Lord Vader's old apprentice," said Palpatine. "It shall be done my master," said Xina with a bow. She walked towards her star fighter and began using her force sensitivity to sense for Galen Marek. She detected a massive surge in the force, and homed in on it. She saw a man in a hooded cloak, with a woman with blonde hair and a droid. She got into her star fighter and immediately set a course for Coruscant, which is where they were located. She went into light speed, and suddenly she was in Coruscant's atmosphere. She flew into the planet, and landed on one of the buildings landing pads. She put her Sith cloak on and walked towards the downtown slums. She saw Galen from a distance, and began to follow, ever so silently. He turned around quickly, and she suppressed her force powers in time. She looked over a pedestrian's shoulder, and saw him walking more. She followed suit, and she drew even closer. Galen stopped and looked at the woman and the droid. "You guys go on ahead, something's not right," said Galen. She walked out from behind the pedestrian and looked at Galen. "I didn't think The Emperor would send a puppet to kill me," said Galen mockingly. "You were my master's old apprentice, so who's the real puppet?," asked Xina. He gasped and was shocked that she was also apprentice to his old master. "Where is Vader?," asked Galen. "He's dead, I destroyed him," said Xina. He was shocked by this revelation of his old masters death, but he looked at Xina. "Don't you get it, you're free now, you don't have to serve the emperor any longer," said Galen. "The emperor is my master now, and he wants you dead," said Xina angrily. "Let's make a deal, if I win you come with me and I'll show the power of the light, if I lose you kill me," said Galen. "I'll take you up on that, but there is no way I'm going to lose to a pathetic Jedi," said Xina activating her lightsabers. Galen activated his lightsaber used a reverse grip and they looked at each other. "Now I will destroy you Jedi," said Xina. "You'll see that the light is stronger than the dark," said Galen smiling. "You don't understand Jedi, the dark side consumes all, including you," said Xina smiling sadistically.
