Scott's PoV

Los Angeles is stunning. Palm Trees. Huge buildings. Success was oozing from the streets, and we were playing a show here. Jen parked us in our venue's parking lot and we slept. Vic was completely exhausted. So was Kirstie. She was huddled up in a ball covered in blankets. I chuckled as I hopped out of bed. I got a quick shower and changed. When I went out, Kevin was on the couch. He was up before me, even.

"Morning, Kevin."
"Morning, Scott."

When everyone was up and showered, we decided to hit some sights. We got an Uber to the Walk of Fame. Victoire gets a picture beside the one for Daniel Radcliffe, and everyone gets one beside of Christina Aguilera's. We continue on the walk, until we pass a stand selling Celebrity House maps.

"Let's get one!" Mitch pipes up.

"Why?" Esther laughs.
"It'll be hilarious."
So, we got one. We searched the map, looking for someone we knew.

"You know what would be hilarious?" Victoire asks. We all look at her. "If you went to Simon Cowell's house and sang."

"I could film it and put it on PTXVlogs!" Ester exclaims.

We all exchange looks and burst into laughter. We all agree and begin walking to Simon's house.
"What if we get sued or something?" Avi asks.

"We can't get sued if we stand on the sidewalk and sing really loudly," Mitch said. Avi shrugged.

Once we reached the house, Esther began vlogging and we explained what we were going to do.

"There's like a 0% chance this is his house," I said.

"Whoever's house it is is in for a treat," Mitch said.

We used rock-paper-scissors to decide who would ring the buzzer on the gate. Avi lost. He rang the buzzer and before anyone could talk, we began singing Say Something. The line never clicked, so we knew that whoever it was was still listening. Once we finished, the line was quiet.

I turned to Esther, who just shrugged. "Will you please come inside?" the voice asked. We all shrugged and went up to the porch. The door opened, revealing Simon Cowell.

He uttered a swear word. "Pentatonix. I thought you were some kids pulling a prank who just happened to have amazing voices. You're signed."

"And on tour," Mitch pointed out.

"Any chance one of you would be a guest judge on America's Got Talent. Just for one episode?"

"Well, if you could get a big chair we could all do it," I said.

"That can be arranged." He turned to Victoire. "Any chance you can sing?"

Victoire turned red. "I can try." She began singing Run To You. Her voice was very light and airy. Simon furrowed his brow. "Not the best I've heard."

"Singing was never really my thing," she laughed.

"What is your thing?" he asked.

"Dancing."

Simon motioned to the floor. Victoire pulled out her phone and began her I See Fire routine. When she ended, we all clapped, including Simon.

"Definitely better than your singing," he laughed. Victoire shrugged and went back over to Kirstie.

"So, I'll have someone send you the time and place that you'll judge at, and are you going to audition?" Simon asked Victoire. She blushed and pulled a strand of hair behind her ear. "I don't think I'm ready yet. I'm still in high school and I have tour with these guys." She motioned to us.

"Well, when you're ready, we'd be happy to have you on the show."

After that we left Simon's house. "That was insane," Kevin muttered in the car. We were headed back to the venue. We all split up once we were there. Kirstie and Mitch went to makeup. Kevin, Avi, and I went to wardrobe, and Vic went to practice somewhere. She was amazing. Absolutely amazing.

It was almost time for the show to start when we heard a high-pitched yelp. We ran to find Victoire on the floor, clutching her ankle. Avi and I helped her onto the couch and Esther examined her ankle. "I think it's alright. You'll want to wrap it." She got a first-aid kit and tightly wrapped the foot.

Once her foot was wrapped, she could walk with a slight limp. Kirstie kissed her forehead and Vic immediately grabbed her camera and shoved us out the door. We began our show and sang our hearts out. I didn't fall once throughout the entire show. I must've given my clumsiness to Vic for the day. However, from what I'm told she's quite the klutz.

After the show we all piled into the bus and played card games at the table. Jen started driving us to our final destination, Houston. With last shows, we always had pranks. It was our tradition. I was already plotting in my head. The rest of the band better watch their backs.
