Chapter Eight (New StudentS)

Nina's POV
I saw them. He was hugging that redhead bitch when he was suppose to be holding me. He's mine. Doesn't he know that? She's in the way. Ever since she showed up she's messed up all my hard work. I will not stand for this! My lip was bleeding. I'd been in such a rage I'd taken it out on my own body. I would find a way to get her to stay away from him and when I did I would surely make him mine. He was going to be mine without a doubt.

Sarah's POV
We were making our way to class hands still linked. We could have let go long ago but neither of us wanted to. His hand was so warm and large compared to mine. It was so nice and he was being so gentle. Toryn the big bad jock? Not likely. Stepping into class was the worst because he had to let go of my hand and it instantly felt cold and lonely. I wanted the warm feeling only he brought. What made it that much worse was walking past his desk and receiving harsh glares from all his friends except for Jerry and another redhead guy named Hyde. Sitting down in my desk I felt assured that today was going to be an amazing day. It was going to work out and I'd get through the entire day. Then the teacher walked in and uttered words which marked my immediate discomfort.

"Students settle down. That means you,Jakkal." Hyde smirked in victory then sat down across from Jerry. "Now that you're all settled we have some more new students. Please welcome Joanna Arc and Edward Britten. They've just transferred to our school from... Somewhere in Texas. Please welcome them." No, please not them not now! Then that all too familiar face and body walked into class with her boy trailing after her. Gorgeous eyes that had you captivated from first glance, beautiful body that any boy drooled over and you could only find in fantasies and a voice like and angel that disguised a real demon. The boy every girls fantasy come true. Smoking hot body that you just wanted to possess, eyes that screamed submissive and personality amazing. You ask why I'd be so worried about their arrival? It's because they know and I thought when I left my old school my past wouldn't catch up to me. As always I was mistaken. Joanna sees me and smiles all friendly-like but I know that that smile spells trouble for me. Trouble I would have to face later.
She looks at some boy sitting next to me and ask if she can sit there. The boy agrees all too eagerly and goes to sit at the back. Edward does the same thing to the girl on my left and she gives the same response. Talk about being wedged between your past looking at your future. "Hi Sarah." Joanna halts my thoughts by uttering my immediate downfall. And so the talk starts.
"The new girl knows Sarah?"
"Isn't it ironic?"
"Check her out she's so beautiful, do you think she's dating that guy?"
"All the hot people are suddenly coming to our class isn't it cool?"
"Oh my goodness I just want to pounce on the new guy."
"I can't see move over." Everyone was buzzing with activity and talking so loud but the one person whom I expected to say something was saying nothing. Not to his friends or me. Have I ruined my only shot before I even took it?

I hold myself in so I don't lash out at Joanna and mouth later to her and Edward. She excitedly nods and looks to the front of the class where the teacher is announcing the register.

When the bell rings for first period I drag Joanna out of class and Edward follows. Act calm, act calm, act calm. Once we're around the corner away from prying eyes I don't act calm anymore. "What are you two doing here?"
"Is that any way to greet your only friend. I came all the way from Texas with my baby boy to see you again and that's your first words?"
"Why? When I left I told you I was never coming back so-"
"So I had to come here. I knew you'd come to a mundane school I just didn't think it would be the first school we decided to investigate." Edward was being awfully quiet and it urked me somehow. "And what did Edward have to say about this decision to come and find me?"

She looks at him as if to say that he was allowed to speak. "I'm perfectly fine with the arrangement. Mist- Joanna said that if you were left alone something bad would happen especially considering what you are..." These two were the only two mundanes I had told about who and what I was. I told Joanna because she had earned my trust and she told Edward because he was her's and he would never disobey her. "I told you I was going to be fine. Nothings wrong so-"
"How long?" Joanna cut me off with a simple question. "How long what?"
"How long has it been since you've 'satisfied' yourself?" Being what I am the question should not have bothered me but thinking of him it made me blush and start fidgeting. "It's been almost two weeks since I've physically satisfied myself. I've just been invading dreams so long."

She looks at me with concern then shakes her head and sighs. "There are plenty of guys here I don't understand why you don't just pick one."
"Joanna?" Edward captures her attention and she turns to him. "Maybe Sarah is just trying to find something different this time not meaningless play time." She thinks for a few seconds before nodding. "You're right baby boy. So have you found and interest, Sarah?" She grabs his hand and intertwines their fingers it brings me back to this morning. Toryn. "I've found someone whom I find interesting yes."
"Good now do you think you can help me?"

"With?" She shows me her and Edward's class schedules. "You both have first period with me, Mr Nye, Science."
"Cool. So you know where that is?" The halls were almost empty except for the few latecomers so we had about two minutes before the bell rang signalling the start of the period. "Yeah I know where that is but we're going to have to sprint. Ready?" Joann adjusted her bag straps and Edward looked around cautiously. "Let's go." We break out sprinting and barely make it to class as the last student goes in. I sit down next to Toryn while the teacher assigns the 'new' students their partners. Joanna is not going to like it if she's paired with a random guy or girl. The chatter of new students continued in that class and barely any work was done in the period. I was soooo looking forward to lunchtime. Not.

A/N so the ideas for new characters was given to me by Alphasub(read his book 'His submission their love')and I hope you like it. Now I'm gonna ask you 3-4 questions after each chapter from now on (that's to CJustMe read her book bubblegum klutz) and you may or may not answer them. Ready?
