Chapter Eight

When Galina brought Jordan back in she immediately handed her to me saying, "Jordan has every right to know who you are, even if you and Dani don't see eye to eye. But don't hurt either of them anymore than you already have."
I nodded, looking down at Jordan, my daughter, fuck, I thought, what will Hunter and the rest of them say when I tell them? Shit, I don't know if I can do this to Dani and Jordan, knowing they are mine, and the bond Dani and I now share. I looked over at Roman and Galina who were sitting on the couch, and said, "What do I do? I can't lose either of them."
"Leaving the Authority would be a start, I don't know what they promised you, but will it be worth it to leave Jordan? Ultimately it's whatever you think is best for them, no one can make this decision for you," Roman answered.
"What about Dani? Where does this leave us?"
"That's only something she could answer," Galina said, "she's been hurt by all of this, and to be honest, the night you left, and betrayed them, was the night she was going to tell you about Jordan, she was so excited to tell you, but ultimately you crushed her that night."
"She was?"
Galina nodded, as Roman spoke, "That night, she came to the back with me, and sat there and cried for so long, I didn't know if she'd ever heal from it. But then she and Dean just the last month had started to get closer, bonding over that very little girl in your arms. Jordan has brought back a bit of joy to her life."
"I screwed up didn't I?"
"Yeah you did, but there's always time to fix things. Even if you and Dani never get back together, Jordan will always need you both," Galina said, looking up, and smiling at something behind me, as I turned and saw Dani standing there, her eyes bloodshot. I walked over to her and handed Jordan back to her, saying, "Please just let me be in her life. If I can't make anything up to you, let me at least make it up to her."
Dani nodded, taking Jordan into her arms. "I'll see you around Rollins," she said.
"You too Reigns."

Authors note: What do you guys think of Rollins here? Is he being honest with Dani, Roman, and Galina? Or is he seriously contemplating walking away from them for the WWE championship? Is Dani and Deans relationship going to last or will Dani make a sacrifice and join the Authority to protect Jordan?
