Chapter Fourteen

I can't believe Dani just left like that. I'm so confused as to what to do, I want to be WWE champion, but I also want to be with Dani and Jordan. I need time away from the Authority, so I asked Hunter for some time off. He reluctantly agreed. I went home, and was sitting on my couch when I got a call from Galina. "Hey Seth, look I know you and Dani have had your problems, but I think you should still make an effort to see Jordan."
"Look, I can't, it would just end up somehow hurting them both."
"So what you're telling me is that you're afraid to build a relationship with either of them."
"She's with Dean, and she's happy."
"No Seth, she's not, she hasn't been since you left. She told me yesterday that even though you betrayed them, she still loves you. She also said that Jordan won't let go of that bunny you got her."
"I'll try to talk to Dani, but I'm not guaranteeing anything."

After hanging up with Galina, I called Dani. "Lose my number Rollins."
"Dani, please just hear me out. I want to still be apart of Jordan's life. She's my daughter too."
She sighed, saying, "Fine, but that's all you are getting out of this."
"When can I come and see her?"
"I don't care."
"I'll be over in ten," I said, hanging up.
Rushing out the door, I sped to Dani's house. When I got there, Dean was sitting on the porch. "Hey Dean," I said.
"Sellout," he replied, "do me one favor, don't hurt either of them."
"I won't."
Walking inside, Dani sat with Jordan on the couch, they were curled up with Dani's back to me, and Jordan peering over her shoulder. My heart swelled with love for them, and in that moment, I knew I had to end the Authority. I heard Dani say to Jordan, "I wish your daddy wasn't an asshole. I miss your daddy baby."
"And daddy misses his girls," I said, walking around the couch to sit beside them, Jordan immediately crawling into my lap, snuggling against my chest. Dani slid away from me, a faint blush across her cheeks, realization spreading that I heard her confession. "Dani, it's ok, I promise I won't hurt either of you anymore."
"That's what you've said before. How can I trust you?"
"Believe me when I say, I never realized until just a few seconds ago, how much I love the two of you, when I walked in and saw you two together, curled up here, I knew right then, that I have to end the Authority once and for all, even if it costs me my job, and my chances of being champion, I'd gladly give it to Roman so you and Jordan are safe."
Her eyes narrowed, trying to find the lies hidden, but a faint smile crossed her face, until Dean came into the room. Her brilliant smile for him was genuine and showed something I had forgotten about, passion, lust. I watched the tension boiling between the two, as Dean sat in between us, pulling Dani into him. Dani kissed him, and said, "Behave boys," and walked out of the room.

Authors note: Is it safe to leave Dean and Seth in the same room together? Is Dani and Dean really in love? What about Dani and Seths relationship? Who will Dani end up with? And finally, what will happen with the AUTHORITY? Will they fall? Or will the authority win again?
