Author's Note

I am so sorry I havent updated in forever. I have had major writers block and I had know clue what to write. I still have writers block but I am writing a chapter anyways. I dont know if its going to be any good but I am trying my best and I dont know how long it will be so please bare with me while I try to figure out whats going to happen. Grace's POV

   I slept in really late on saturday morning. I was tired from prom the night before and i had trouble falling asleep because I kept thinking about where Josh was taking me on our date. When I finally dragged my lazy ass out of bed I immediately hopped in the shower. The hot water woke me up and I was wide awake by the time I scrubbed my strawberry scented shampoo into my hair.

   When I was done in the shower I quickly dried off and put a tshirt and sweats on. I am going to get dressed properly once I have done my hair and make up. Plus I have no clue what I am going to wear on this date.

   I blow dried my hair and french braided a head band type thing at the top. I then left it down with its natural curls. I started working on my make up after. I put a little bit of foundation on and just did light eye make up. I dont really like wearing dark make up.

   I then ventured into my room to pick an outfit. An hour and many clothing changes later I finally decided on the perfect outfit. I settled on a floral print skirt with a long lace cream coloured bando style top with cream coloured ankle boot that have a slight heel and a light pink cardigan.

   I looked in the mirror for a long time trying to decided if I looked ok. Chloe came into my room and handed me James. Before she left she told me I looked good. So I knew I could stop stressing over my outfit.

   I put James down on my bed so I can quickly grab my purse. It was a small pink side bag. I put my phone, wallet, and make up bag in it. When I was ready I collected everything I needed and grabbed James before I headed downstairs.

   I got downstairs just when the front bell rang. Since I was closest to the door I had to answer it. I balances my purse and James on one arm and pulled the door open. I found a very sexy looking Josh on the other side of it.

   "Hi," we said to each other at the same time. "You look beautiful Grace," he said. I blushed lightly and mumbled a thank you. I opened the door wide so he was able to come inside. When he was inside I gave him a one arm hug because I was still holding James.

   We went to the kitchen because I had to feed James before I left. I prepared him a bottle and Josh fed it to him while I made something else for him to eat. When James was done eating Josh and I both said bye to him. He is staying home with Chloe until my parents get home to watch him. Chloe doesnt mind watching him but sometimes she isnt the most responsible person out there.

Josh's POV

   We sat in a comfortable silence while we were driving. The only noise was coming from the radio which was on quietly. "Josh where are we going?" Grace broke the silence by asking me out of curiousity. "I cant tell you. Its a surprise,"I said glancing over at her quickly before i brought my eyes back to the rode.

   "Please tell me. I hate surprises," she said. I laughed before saying, "You say you hate surprises, but deep down you love them." She made a hmph noise and turned the radio up. I glanced over at her and saw she was trying to hide her smile with a pout. Her expression looked so funny that I just couldnt help but burst out laughing.
