You want fame, you can take that path . . . — Twista,"Overnight Celebrity"

Las Vegas, Nevada, at the MGM Grand

Sixty days until wedding. . .

DAME "ROUGH NECK" COLLINS was going toe-to-toe with his opponent Ge, in his best fighter stance as cameras flashed and the commentators spoke on one of the biggest events taking place at the MGM GRAND in boxing history.

He was the next big thing in the boxing world, with a juicy success story that started with his upbringing in the grimy Brooklyn projects. His story quickly earned him sympathy, then came the high-stake underground boxing matches, to highly promoted fights in places like Dame's current boxing match at the MGM Grand in Vegas.

"Don't get me wrong, but Dame has potential, however, he'll never be big like Sugar Ray or Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather maybe, but people are hyping him up way too much," a commentator through his two cents in.

"I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, because right now he's the hottest thing out!" The other commentator countered.

Dame continued to block everything out from the negative backlash to the cameras, and the crowd only to focus on the match that stood between him and his 2.5 million dollar earnings.

For a minute it felt like him and Ge were the only two around as everything else became muted, while the two boxers fought to knock each-other out and snatch the heavyweight championship title.

Whenever Dame would throw a punch, Ge would match him trying to knock him off his feet and claim his heavy weight champion title.

"Hang in there baby, it's the last round!" Dame's fiancé, Teyana exclaimed. She was Dame's personal cheerleader, jumping up and down in true fashion. He was her man and she wanted him to feel her full support, she was down to ride.

The fight was an impeccable matchup between Dame and his Filipino counterpart, who had more championships under his belt than Dame. However, that didn't stop Dame from thinking he couldn't put up a good fight and win he was that confident.

Overcome with pride and a huge ego, with the encouragement from his soon-to-be wife, gave Dame the courage to make a 2.5 million dollar move.

He threw a right punch, then a left one, and went for the kill with a blow to the stomach before he was back in the defensive mode to ward off any hits from his opponent.

There was five minutes left in the round, and for Dame, he was ready to take the title.

He was undefeated, although, he'd had some tough competition, but they weren't a match for the way Dame would throw a swift right jab then bob, and weave like he was Sugar Ray himself.

He had a body count of 6-0, compared to Ge who was 15-1, even with the odds, Dame knew he could still win.

He had the heart and speed of a lion.

He'd only walk away with the championship and bragging rights with his glamorous fiancée on his arm because he wouldn't accept nothing less.

When Dame threw his last punch and it connected with Ge's face, he knew it was over.
Ge was knocked out cold, on the floor of the ring as the referee raised Dame's hand up in the air signaling, he had indeed won.
