Kris' POV
It has been two weeks since the incident at the bar happened. I went to Amber's apartment to check on Ace and mom.
*knock*
"Kris!" My mom said as she opened the door.
"Is Amber already okay?" She asked.
"She's still recovering. Where's Ace?" I asked as I walked towards my son's room.
"Well, he's been asking lot since last week." She replied.
"Dad!!" My son shouted and hugged me.
"Is mommy okay? (cries)"
"Shhh.. Don't cry. Mommy's gonna be okay. Do you want to see her?" I asked.
He stopped crying and nodded.
I carried him up and we went to the hospital where Amber is unconciously lying. I left Ace inside and looked for the doctor.
"How's my wife doing doc?" I asked Dr. Zhang.
"She's doing better everyday. In fact, I have another good news for you." He said and I looked at him.
"What is it doc?" I asked.
"She's with a child." He said while patting my back.
"Are you sure?!!" I said trying to contain my happiness.
"Yes. Two weeks." He replied.
"Sh*t! I'm f*cking happy!!" I ran as fast as I can towards Amber's room.
"Ace!" I said to my son and carried him while walking towards her mother.
"Mommy has a baby in her tummy." I whispered to Ace while pointing Amber's stomach.
"Really?!! Omo!! I'm going to be a big brother?!! What should we name him dad?!! No, is he as she or a he?!! I'm so excited!!!" Ace clapping his hands while shouting.
While We were busy celebrating for the new addition to our family. I noticed Amber's finger moved.
"Wait, Ace, Amber!! Are you awake?" I put Ace down and went near Amber.
"Just wait here Ace. I'll call the doctor. Mommy's awake." I instructed Ace and ran towards the doctor's office.
"Kris, what are you doing here?" Doctor Zhang asked in surprised tone.
"My wife's awake." I said and we both ran to Amber's room.
"Amber!! Amber!!! Are you okay?" I shouted as soon as I saw her sitting up and talking to Ace.
They both looked at me and stared then they looked at each other and laughed.
"You're face was hilarious!!" Amber said while laughing hard.
"Yeah dad, you look like you're about to pee in your pants." Ace seconded the. Continued laughing as hard as he can.
"Why are you laughing? Do you think this is funny. I almost lost my heartbeat when I saw you unconciously lying on the dancefloor!" I shouted at Amber.
"Worry not Kris. You're such a weirdo!! This head is very hard. Okay?" She replied while trying to stand up.
"What the heck Amber?!! Don't stand up okay?" I shouted again.
"I'm okay. Can you please relax?" She replied.
"No I can't. The situation's been changed." I answered.
"What now?" She asked.
I came near to hear and whispered.
"I just made a three-point shot about two weeks ago."
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"Idiot. We're having our second child." I replied.
"What!???? Seriously???!! This is not possible. Not again. Ya!!!" She shouted while hitting me.
"Why are you hitting me? Aren't youhappy?" I asked.
"Happy?? Do you know how painful it is.. Ace, can you please cover your ears baby?.. to deliver a child??!!!! Why didn't you do it outside??!!!!!" Amber shouted while hitting me non stop.
"*sobs* You stupid *sobs* now I'm going to have a big belly again. *sobs* I mean, I love to have a child but *sobs* but *sobs* but it just hurts." She explained cutely and that made me kiss her in the forehead.
"This is why I love you." I whispered and kissed her.
