A Day In The Life

Chapter 7

Keegan's pov

         Austin, Lucas, Maddison and I all sat inside the coffee shop talking. We also had pancakes. I don't know what pissed him off before coming here but it's really effecting the mood. It's rare when Austin gets pissed off but when he does you either hurt someone he cares about or you disrespected someone you care about. They're both kind of the same but not exactly. He got up from the table and went outside. "What's wrong with him," Maddison asked? "That Cameron kid disrespected Keegan." "How," I asked? "I don't know all the details but he basically dragged your name through the dirt. Austin's soft spot is his friends and family." I nodded as I got up from the table and went outside. Austin looked at me and smiled. "It's a little chilly out here go back inside," he said. "It's fine hold me." I walked over to Austin so he could hold me. "Let me guess Lucas told you." "Yup." "He's lucky I didn't kick that kid's ass." "Austin what did he say?" "He asked how you were in bed then went on to say something about things you could do that he's never seen." "You know I've never slept with him." "I know but listening to him talk about you like that pisses me off." I kissed Austin's chin. "You need to shave you got a little stubble." Austin chuckled. "Let's go home," he said. "Home to my house or home to your house?" "Mine remember we have a date with Mario and Princess Peach." I smiled.

       Austin's and I went back inside to let Maddison and Lucas know we were leaving. Austin and I walked to his house. I didn't like the idea but Austin convinced me to let Lucas take Maddison home using my car. When we got to Austin's place we both changed into a pair of pajamas. As in pajamas I mean Austin would wear a pair of sweats and I'll wear one of his sweatshirts. We went in the living room and played Mario Kart. About time right?  I lost a series of times. I didn't lose one time. "See I love you more considering the fact you lost about five times," Austin said. "Eh I still think I love you more." "And why is that?" I smiled. "Well you most defiantly have a beautiful smile." I started to blush. Austin leaped across the couch and kissed me. We both laughed as he laid behind me wrapping his arms around me. I turned around and faced Austin. "What are you doing," he asked? I nuzzled my face into his neck. "Sleeping." "If you're sleeping why do you have your glasses in and why are you talking." "Busted." I took off my glasses and passed them on to Austin, who placed them on the coffee table. "Kiss," Austin said. I whined as I looked up and gave Austin a kiss then nuzzled my face back into his neck.

      The next morning our phones kept going off. "Austin," I said softly. He groaned as he grabbed a phone. "Hello," he said.... "Why?"..... "Dude it's 6:30am." ..... "Ok." Austin grabbed a remote and turned on the tv. "I'm doing it," he said.... "No." Austin sat up basically dumping me off his chest. "I'm changing it to the news Lucas." I sat up and curled up next to Austin. I glared at the tv. Hawaii was about to get hit with a really bad storm and schools and offices were closed. Lucas couldn't wait until he got here to tell us that. "Tell Lucas get his ass here with my car," I said. "Geez so much for being friends." He walked through the door with Maddison and a bunch of bags. I got off the couch and went into Austin's room. I plopped on the bed and went back to sleep. As soon as I fell asleep Austin came in the room. "It's Steve," he said. I grabbed the phone. "Hello," I said. "Hey I know you probably already heard about the storm. It's about to touch down but I'm about go home. I want you to stay where you're at. I don't want you getting stuck in it." "Uh ok. I love you and be careful text me when you get home." "I love you too princess. Oh and I talked to Isaac he and Nate are at Sarah's house." "Mhm." "I'll let you rest now." "Ok." I hung up my phone and tossed it at the bottom of the bed. Austin laid down with me as I went back to sleep.

      Later on that day when I woke up I went into the bathroom and did my morning routine then went to the living room. Lucas and Austin were playing the game. Maddison was curled up in a ball on the edge of the couch next to Luke. I went back into Austin's room and grabbed the blanket off his bed then went back in the living room. I sat next to Austin. "Did the storm touch down yet," I asked? "Yeah look out side." "Nah I'll pass." Austin paused the game then turned around and kissed me. I smiled. "Morning beautiful," he said. "Morning." Austin kissed me again. This time it's like he didn't want to pull away. Lucas pulled him away breaking the kiss. "Let's finish this game," he said. Austin kissed me one last time as I got off the couch and went in the kitchen. Maddison joined me as I made tea and at a muffin. "Do you and Austin ever fight," she asked? "Not really, why?" "You guys have the perfect relationship." "Perfect? Now most defiantly an overstatement." "How?" "We are not perfect just because you don't see us fight doesn't mean we don't." "Well do you?" "Uh no." I sat on the counter with my legs crossed. Maddison and I sat in the kitchen having girl talk as our friends sat in the living room playing the game.

       After about an hour they cut the game off and came to join us. We sat in the kitchen talking for a while but switched to the living room. We threw pillows at each other and Luke kept trying to steal my blanket I took from Austin's bed. We just goofed off for a while. Around noon we got hungry we made something to eat. Well Austin and I ate chicken nuggets and fries while the others ate something else. "Can we build a fort," Maddison asked? My face lit up with excitement. "Sure." We both stood up and went to get a bunch of blankets we moved things around and started to build our fort. They guys didn't want nothing to do things to the fort, which meant they weren't welcome to enter. Once we were finished I made a sign that said; Austin and Lucas aren't allowed to enter unless said otherwise. Once we made the fort Maddison and I sat in it. "Keegan," Austin said. "She's not here." "Can I enter?" "No." "Why?" "Because you didn't want nothing to do with this fort." "But my girlfriend is in it and I want to hold her and kiss her." I smiled. "How sweet but no." "Keegan?" I poked my head from under the fort. He gave me this stare that I didn't like. Suddenly Austin pulled me out then picked me up. I tried breaking free but from laughing so much it fail tremendously. "Austin," I whined. He ignored me as we went in his room. Austin kicked the door shut.

       He laid me on the bed then climbed on top and pinned me down. I sighed as a smirk grew on his face. "No kisses," I said while starting to act like a baby. "No kisses?" "Don't kiss me." "I love you." "Daddy said boys are nasty." "Really?" I shook my head yes as we both laughed and Austin laid next to me. I turned to face him. "Cuddles," I said. He shook he's head yes as he kissed me. I pulled away. "Ugh! Kisses from a boy," I said! Austin started to kiss my face all over. I couldn't help but laugh, and so did he. Luke and Maddison came in the room and plopped on top of us. Well Luke's elbow hit my nose. "Lucas," I cried! "What?" My eyes started to water as I sat up I knew my nose was bleeding so I held it until I got to the bathroom. Austin followed me. He took care of my nose bleed because I didn't know what to do besides cry. Getting hit in the nose hurts so bad and it's like the only thing you can do is cry. My nose bleed for twenty minutes. "Keegan stop crying," Austin said. "But it hurts and it's going to bruise." "We'll ice it." I batted my eyes trying to stop the tears from falling but they fell. "Hop off the counter and give me a hug." I got off the counter and hugged Austin. "Luke didn't mean to hurt you," he said. I didn't speak. "Can I have a kiss?" I shook my head no. "Why?" "My nose hurts." A yawn escaped my mouth. "Go lay down." "Can you carry me?" Austin picked me up bridal style and carried me to his room. He laid me on the bed and put the blanket over me. "I love you," he said. "Love you too."

    Austin left the room. I don't know if he came back or not because I fell asleep. When I woke up later on I had a headache. I went in the bathroom. There was a bruise. The only thing I thought about was Steve and how pissed he'd be even if it was an accident. After I left the bathroom I went out into the kitchen to see Austin. He was cooking. I smiled as I wrapped my arms around him. "Hi baby girl," he said. "Hi." Austin turned around and lightly placed a kiss on my nose. "All better," he said. "It still hurts and I have a headache." Austin grabbed a ice bag out the freezer and wrapped it in a cloth then placed it on my nose. "Cuddles," I asked? Austin nodded as we walked to the couch and sat down I crawled into his lap as he held the ice pack. We sat there watching The Notebook. Austin actually likes this movie and I find it so attractive he likes romance movies. As the night came towards an end I closed my eyes and went right to sleep.

I'm pretty sure this is my third update in like three days. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. It was pretty much a lazy day for Keegan and Austin. They're inseparable but That's all about to change. I also I realized I like writing in Austin's pov.
