So I decided to write my first ever Victorian era one shot featuring he High Functioning Sociopath and our favorite Psychopath! Hope you guys like it! And also, do you guys think I should do a Part 3 for Sweet Melodies? And if you want a part two for this, I have some more ideas for it! {Maybe a choice ending ;) }

Also, I've once again added music that helped me with the idea of the story. So I highly suggest listening to it while you read! (I might start doing that for every chapter. What do you guys think?)

And if you're reading this you are awesome and I love you! <3

~~~~~~~~~~
You curtsied gracefully as the dance came to an end and your partner escorted you off the floor. He was tall and handsome. But too polite for your taste. He was an officer that had his eye on you. Clearly. He couldn't take his eyes off you and it had taken him half of the night to ask you to dance. Not your type.
But you were here to find a suitable husband. So he wasn't a bad option. But still, not your type.
But that's when you saw another man. He was on the other side of the ballroom...
A tall man with dark, ebony chair that was neatly slicked back and had a beautiful, sharp face. He was reading you, watching you with his bright, analytical eyes that left you helpless for a moment. But you quickly looked away from him. You couldn't get caught staring. Your mother would decapitate you for it. Doing something as "rude" as staring at a gentleman.
But you cleared your throat and looked up at the chandeliers hanging overhead. Noticing each crystal delicately strung into place. It was beautiful really. This place felt like a palace compared to your home.
"Has anyone caught your eye love?" Your mother asked you quietly, seeming to have appeared out of nowhere, startling you in the process.
"No, but  believe I've caught someone's eye." You said back quietly, shaking off the surprise of her appearance.
"Who?" Your mother whispered to you eagerly.
You rolled your eyes and laughed at her eagerness. "The officer in the corner." You said, lightly pointing him out.
"Oh my." She said. "He's perfect Y/N."
"Mother you don't even know him!" You whisper yelled.
A/N: (Whisper yelled? What the heck is wrong with me XD)
"I know love, but he's an officer." She said. "But I did see you dancing with him earlier."
You sighed. "He's just not for me mum." You say in protest.
"If you say so dear. But I'm right. You'll see." She said before disappearing into the mass of people again. She was always dramatic like that.
But by the time she left, another song had started and I was lost in thought, thinking about what my mother said before we came here.
You have to find a tolerable man tonight Y/N. You're the oldest child and the only one not married.
And she was right.
You were the oldest of 3 sisters and the only one not engaged or married. You just had never found the right person. And maybe tonight that would change-
"Pardon me?" You heard a voice say to you.
You looked over at the source of the voice and a man had come up to you He had dark hair that was cleanly combed back and a polite, kind smile. He was handsome. All good things so far...
