Solve cases, obviously, because you two are both brainiacs and it can drive John insane sometimes because he doesn't understand what's going on in either one of your heads.
John:
You two love to cook together. Whether its baking or just cooking, you two love to do it, but sometimes it makes Sherlock a bit upset because it 'distracts him.' But you two don't care because you think he'll get over it eventually, even though he doesn't sometimes.
Mycroft:
Read. You two will just snuggle on the couch together after work and read.
Lestrade:
Watch TV. You two are complete fan girls and love, I repeat LOVE Doctor Who.
Moriarty:
