Annaliese's POV:
I woke the next morning and thankfully Damian was gone. I got up and stretched but saw some clothes on a chair so I went to look at them. There was a t-shirt, jean shorts, and sneakers. Nothing to fancy. I dressed and went to the door then opened it.
"Where are you going miss?"
"I..." What did I want? Oh I know.. I want to leave and go home. My stomach rumbled so I guess food will work first. "I'm hungry."
"Very well. Follow me."
Well at least I wont be stuck in that room all day. We headed down a long hallway with a bunch of doors and finally arrived at a staircase. We finally got to the kitchens and they made me some breakfast. Oatmeal... gross! I kept getting glares so I sat there quietly and ate then when I had finished I asked the guard to take me to my brother.
We went to the dungeon and I could hardely breathe. It stunk so bad and it was so gross. We finally stopped at a cell on the right side and I saw Thaddeus laying on a bed (if you could call it that.)
"Can I go in?" Thaddeus turned his head when he heard my voice.
"You have 30 minutes." The guard said as he unlocked the door then closed it when i stepped in.
"So you're my brother?"
"He told you didn't he?" I nodded and he sighed, "I'm sorry we just thought it would be for the best but it was a mistake. I must tell you of-"
"WHERE IS SHE???" Damian stormed down the hall and he was severely pissed. I was even a little afraid. "ARE YOU AN IDIOT!? GUARDS KILL HIM!" Out of nowhere two balls of fire were thrown at the guard who brought me here and he turned to ash within a minute. "Damn I've got a headache. Guards take her to our room."
I resisted but one picked me up in a fireman's carry and I knew I wasn't getting out of that. I'm glad I am not wearing my usual short shorts.

A few days, hits, and Damian threatening to kill Thaddeus later I was sitting in a library trying to read but I couldn't through my tears. I missed my family and I will probably end up hurting them.
All of a sudden the doors opened and a few guards dragged Thaddeus in and threw him on the ground.
I ran to him and crouched beside him, he looked so pale and he had a really bad fever. "What's going on?"
"Time for you and I to rule the worlds." Damian said coming in and pulling me up by the arm.
"No!" I yelled and tried to release his hold on my arm.
He tightened his grip painfully and I whimpered a little.
We walked down a bunch of halls I had never been before but it's not like I could go anywhere really. We walked into a door that led up to a tower and I did not realize how out of shape I was. We got to the top and there was only a platform made of rock with nothing except air then far away there was ground. I felt like I was going to throw up when I looked down.
"What are you planning to do?"
"Well you see those little dots heading off into the distance?" I nodded. "They are my troops that will keep your father's away while we use your powers. You see I have found out that when the full moon rises your powers are at their most powerful. Which should be now."
I looked out and there was the moon. It so close and beautiful. I know what I have to do to stop him.
"I wont do it."
"You will or I will kill your family Annaliese. Starting with this one!" He grabbed Thaddeus and pulled his head back then pressed a knife to his throat. I froze I forgot he was here.
Annaliese don't worry about me just please fly away...
Thaddeus??
You can hear me?
How can I hear you and what do you mean fly?
Just believe in yourself and you can do whatever
But my powers I don't know how to access them

"Damian I will never be your Queen." I manifested a dagger in my hand and stepped to the edge of the ledge then turned to face them.
"Annaliese what do you think you are doing?"
"What I have to to save people."
I stabbed myself in the stomach and at first I felt excruciating pain then the feeling of falling and nothing...
