Chapter 10

My alarm rang at 6 but I was already up. Why you may ask. Because Joel called me at 5:30 in the morning and after we talked I couldn't fall asleep anymore. I tied my hair in a high pony tail then stopped my alarm. I went to my closet and got out my uniform.

My uniform is a plain red skirt slightly above my knees with black leggings under and my black shoes a white short sleeve shirt and a red sweater. I put it on and tuck my shirt into my skirt. I went to my bathroom, which is connected with my room, and did my hair. I redo my ponytail and made it neater this time. I put a red bow in front of my hair tie. All girls have to have a red bow on somewhere in our hair.

It's 6:30 so I decided to put on just a little bit of mascara and clear lip gloss and that's it, that's all they let us wear at school. I still have extra time to spear. So I decided to sleep for five more minutes.

"Zandra wake up it's 8 o'clock already!" Angelina said shaking me awake.

"Oh my God really?" I said getting up really quickly.

"Lol no but breakfast is ready." She told me running away.

I got up and fix my uniform in front of my mirror before I went down to the kitchen. "Good morning Tia." I said as I took a seat at the table

"Good morning Zandra." She said while reading some papers.

Our waitress Gabriella served us breakfast. "Here you go Miss Fernandez." She said serving Angelina breakfast. "Special breakfast for Mrs. Fernandez." She said while handing my Tia's breakfast. "And here you do Miss Garcia." She said while placing my plate down.

Angelina and I dig in quickly because we're running a little late. Once we finished, we said our goodbyes before we head to the car.

The driver dropped me off at my school first since my school is just across two streets. "Bye Angelina I'll see you soon." I said as I grabbed my black leather backpack and my chemistry book.

"Bye Zandra." I closed the door and head to our hangout place.

I'm actually excited for you guys to meet my friends. They're all actually pretty nice and smart and very helpful. Everyone consider us as the popular group. But I really don't get, we're just normal group of kids who some of us play sports, in dance class, and are in plays.

"Ah Zandra just the girl I want to talk to." Matthew said. Matthew Espinosa. He has brown hair and light brown eyes and a fit body. Let's just say he's the biggest flirt and a ladies man. All girls and some guys are in love with him. And also he's team captain for the baseball team.

"Yes Matthew?" Oh yea I forgot he's the only one who is naturally dumb.

"If a guy ever asks you out, where will you want to go?" He asked.

"Like that will ever happen." I said as I sat down next to my friend Lizzy. "But to answer your question an amusement park will be nice."

"Really? Phew I thought you guys only hang out in libraries and read the dictionary all day." He said.

"You think I read a dictionary all day?" I said in a "really" voice.

"Yea where else do you get your knowledge from?"

"Mm I don't know maybe a place called School." I said sarcastically.

"Damn someone is in a Bitchy mood today." Lizzy said. Lizzy, the Princess of the group. She's really pretty also. She's a blonde and has grey eyes. She's really fashionable and smart, but she's really tough. If you mess with any of us, you mess with her.

"I'm sorry I'm just tired because Joel called me at 5:30 today and I couldn't go back to sleep." I told her.

"Joel Pimentel? The guy who fucked up on the first song but sang amazing the next song he sang?!" My friend Heather said. Heather is the fan girl. She obsesses over every celebrity. She's a red headed girl and with green eyes. She doesn't misses any episodes of the X-Factor because she loves to say that she was there from the beginning. And now she's watching La Banda.
