Chapter 22

It's Prom day. I decided to go only because Joel asked me to, and he bought my dress, and shoes, and jewelries. So I'm going to go have a great time. Because after all it's my senior prom. My last prom ever.

After I took a shower, I put on some comfortable clothes while the do my hair and make up. After my peeps finished, I carefully put on my red dress.

I finished dressing up just in time before the squad came. "Omg! Zandra! You're so beautiful! I mean you always are but damn! You slay that dress girl!" Heather said.

"Haha thank you!"

"Whoa is that my little best friend? That's my little best friend!" Matthew said.

"Damn girl! You're going to slay that prom!" Lizzy said.

"You look amazing Zandra!" Franny said.

"Thanks guys." I said shyly.

"Hey let's take a picture of all four of us in front of your fountain!" Heather said. We all agreed and Matthew took some pictures.

"Wait! Matthew could you take a picture just by myself? Joel said to take a picture and send it to him, since he bought me all of this." I said.

"Sure now pose for me girl!" He said. I put my right hand on my hip and pose. Then I did a kissy face. "Here ya go." He said. I thank him and he helped me in the limo.

Once we arrived everyone had their mouths down to the floor. I guess we grabbed everyone's attention. I heard people saying things like "wow" "Queens" "The dress that Zandra is wearing will look better on me." Of course I will get hate.

"Wow Zandra you look amazing." Zachary said.

"Thank you."

"Zack where, oh." Morgan said while examining me. "That dress it is awful. Anyways Zack, lets go eat.' Morgan said. She then pulled Zack away from me while he still had his eyes on me.

Matthew lead us to our table. "Mmm pasta my favorite!" He said and dug in.

After we finished eating, we talked for a while. "I'm going to miss you guys." I said.

"What do you mean?" Lizzy asked.

"This my first and last year with you guys since we're all going our separate ways. You're going to be a tattoo artist, Heather is going to be a make up artist, Franny is going to Harbor, and Matthew well I'm pretty sure I'm going to see him around since he's becoming an actor also."

"Yea but we'll still see each other. Like for sure we're invited to all weddings and baby showers and Graduations things like that. So yea we're not going to see each other anymore but we'll still be friends. I mean look at us we've been friends since we were in kindergarten and look at us now! Although you weren't here since the beginning, you're here now. And once you join there's no way out." Heather said.

"You're right." I said with a smile.

"I think we should go dance, but Zandra wait here!"

"Why?" I asked.

"Um so you could take care of my food." Lizzy said.
