"Father, you must take Aria and me to the next UFC event. You do know that we have been waiting for it very eagerly." Carl gulped onto his food as he received a murderous stare from his sister.

Their dear father's eyes widened and he exchanged looks with both of his children. Aria, though, was more anxious than Carl and their father could not help noticing this.

"This is the first thing that Aria has ever asked for in three years, thus, I cannot object. I will take you both to the UFC event." Mr Rutherford sipped on his lemonade before standing up and taking his plate to the kitchen.

Carl let out a sigh of relief and the fear of Aria that was haunting him was finally vanishing, until she let out a villainous laugh.

"You are evil." His trembling lips uttered those words before his legs forced him to fly out of the room.

Aria sat there, smiling. But she was not sure of why she was smiling. Perhaps the reason was the redhead, the man who she could not stop thinking about.

"My child, it looks as if you are having a good time alone." The voice startled her, and forced her to stare at the owner of that voice.

"My dear father, I do not even know how to thank you-"

"I knew you would say that. And I think I know the reason for your smiles. You are in love."

Aria jerked back her head as her jaw dropped. She stood up, hassled and confused about how to counter her father's statement. "I am not!" Were the words she uttered in her defence.

He laughed and repeated his love story which he had narrated to his children for almost a thousandth time. Aria, nodding and smiling, listened to him but from the inside, she was impatient for him to finish talking because he was boring the crap out of her.

"I just remembered." Aria stood up when he was halfway done with his story. "Becky and Kelly invited me to their house. I am so forgetful, I must go. I am sorry, father."

"No harm done, my sweet. I will tell you the whole story later." He waved his hand at her as she dashed out.

Pride had taken over her mind, and the sole purpose for that pride was that she had lied for the first ever time in her life. She came up with a perfect excuse and she was not guilty about it. A sudden realisation of change in her attitude was noticed by her and she shivered at the thought of how horrible she was starting to become. But she still did not feel guilty.

"Aria! Where are you heading?" A familiar voice was heard by her and she looked sideways, the direction from where that voice was emitted.

"Becky, I came looking for you. Don't tell Kelly because I only want you to come with me."

"Where?"

"The bar just few blocks away."

Becky stared at her best friend in a terrible shock, her mind had failed to believe her ears for the first few seconds but when Aria repeated her words, Becky let out a loud gasp.

"Aria, we are not eighteen yet." Becky replied, shuddering at the fact that she could not recognise her old innocent friend.

"The gardener's boy is fifteen and I saw him going to the bar with his friends. Don't worry Becks, they won't kick us out. We are living in Ireland, the home of Guinness." She entwined her arm with Becky's and pulled her to walk towards the bar.

Aria was not herself. She felt herself moving away from her true self, from her faith, from innocence. A magnetic force was pulling her soul away from her body and she could feel it. She could feel another soul trying to take over her mind, her body and her senses but she was helpless, thus she allowed that soul to takeover her body.
