Issac stands unmoving as he relives the events of last night. His fingers digging into his palms as his eyes are closed with the dread brewing beneath the surface. Even the thought alone scares him more now than ever especially with Katherine's condition at the moment.

She is confined to their room with Evie and Aria on watch but he is still terrified of entering the room. Just the thought of her being in such a state breaks his heart, he cannot bear to see that pain again.

To see her pale and unmoving almost like a ghostly image that sears him to the bone. He bites into his cheek hard, a mixed sound close to a hiss and growl attempting to escape him.

Her most recent episode was nowhere close to this extent. His heart twisting in his chest with the thought of facing her after she wakes.

To see the pain that could have her barriers back up while it's already torn her to pieces numerous times over.

Aria stands unmoving, her eyes wavering with the whimper of her wolf as she currently watching over the Luna. Katherine looks pale as she lies unconscious on her bed.

"Dove what's wrong? I can feel your distress."

Evie sits off to the side observing as she tries to figure out what exactly is wrong with Kats.

Genevieve's gaze remains on the cover draped over the Luna, she cannot be sure of anything at the moment. She was sure she was being called to deal with Rylee but as of now no one knows where the hell she is. Issac is of little help, the Luna obviously wouldn't know, and Caleb remains unconscious which only makes it worse.

She has searched every fucking book in the library and all her research notes but still comes up with nothing. That mark that showed up on Rylee's skin doesn't come up anywhere but to make matters worse Eric had to add to the severity of it all.

His mention of the shift in Rylee's behavior and possible awakening doesn't help. Even the smallest presence of her wolf isn't a good sign, especially with her current state.

It is both extremely risky and almost unheard for a female shifter to awaken their wolf without a mate mark much less without physical contact from their mate.

If her pain was worse enough for that then nothing good will come with it. It only puts her in harms way even more as well as Caleb. It's more and more apparent that he has a clue she's here, the way he has acted around Skylar is more than enough evidence of his knowledge. Even at almost 5 he knew exactly who she was, it even stirred his claim which only awakened his wolf.

"Please don't do this."

If the very marks that clawed at his flesh where not proof enough, then his father's close reign upon Caleb is more pertinent evidence. Even though Issac's ignorance to the reason behind Caleb shifting that night is a means to protect his son, it's not necessary to keep him away from Rylee. The Alpha isn't that idiotic to risk everything trying to keep her away but it doesn't mean Issac also didn't wish he could get rid of their connection.

Issac's fear is very real, he doesn't quite believe Caleb's wolf is capable of protecting her. He's not without good reason either seeing as Caleb has already failed once.

Evie glances over the Luna for a few seconds before she exits the room, she catches a glimpse of Issac as she retreats down the hallway. He doesn't react in the slightest as he remains stagnant.

She continues down the hall towards Caleb's room, the thought that drives her further is to make sure he is okay. As much as it is painful to admit that if he is okay then she can worry a little less about Rylee but that's not entirely true either. She stops at the door, her hand shaking as she reaches for the knob.
