Eric stares off to where Issac is as he's moving across the yard to him. Eric moves a few feet as he's now settled beneath the branches of the tree, quickly looking up towards the girl.

A light quick whistle flows from his lips, he watches the emotions swirl in her eyes as she acknowledges his signal. Watching as her face distorts with utter fear before giving a quick whistle twice. Giving her the signal that he'll catch her if she somehow falls.

He really would, he isn't as sadistic as his brother, and because if it does come to it rather than getting in trouble he'd chance it.

Rylee looked at him shaking her head slightly in a manner that was not a no nor a yes but if it happened to come to that she does trust him.

She starts moving down slowly remembering to leave the blade up in the tree, she will be in major trouble if caught with it.

She gets back down to the second highest notch easily but her whole body jolts suddenly. She clings to the tree hands digging into its bark as she lets out a whimper. The branch breaking beneath her, somehow already making mistakes coming down this is only a few feet.

She looks back down towards Eric, spotting the now broken limb lying across another below. She bites into her cheek and starts back down once again. She could hear Isaac's gruff unsettling voice now calling for Eric.

Eric hadn't noticed she was so high until he heard the limb falling through the tree but now she was hugging the tree.

"Eric?"

He ignored the Alpha he needs to focus on the girl if she falls and Caleb hears or sees her then they'll be screwed.

He looked back up at her as she was just reaching the third notch before quickly turning his attention back to the Alpha. Issac had gotten so close that its a risk now to look up at her.

"Where is she?"

"Who?"

He was trying to stall as much as he could, she will be punished for sure, especially how high up she is in the tree.

"Don't act stupid."

Her fingers tremble a bit as she reaches for the third lowest marked limb, easy enough. Her whole being freezes up as the Alpha's piercing voice fills the air. A sudden snap echoes in her ears as her heartbeat jumps. Her foot slips down fast as her hands grasp for the branches. Grabbing at the air as she screams out.

Eric was going to retaliate but Rylee's scream shook him. He didn't give two fucks what Issac would do anymore. Eric's face paled swiftly as he looked up, he wanted to scream. Issac although just watched her fall.

Her body jolts ever so swiftly as she tries catching a limb, the leaves, or anything. She gasps out a grunt as she falls into one of the limbs. Her arms dart inwards as she tries to catch onto it but fails once more.

She stops trying to catch the limbs as she begins to guard her face and head. Hoping she doesn't get knocked out.

Eric watched as she tried everything to stop from falling, every branch and limb she hit he saw her trying everything to grab one of them.

Eric shifted his weight as his eyes darken. He lets out a gruff growl before trying to start up the tree. Knowing if he catches her before hitting the ground he'll be the only one to suffer broken bones. He will easily heal but if she hits the ground by herself there is a definite chance she'll break something much worse.

Knowing pretty much she will wind up landing on her back and if not by some slim chance break her spine then Issac will be in complete and utter hell upon his son's hands, even that little thing keeping her hidden from him won't help.

Eric's body shifted swiftly as his wolf darts up to the bottom of the tree trunk before freezing altogether. Darkened silver fur standing on ends at the sudden gruff demanding voice that fills the air.

"DON'T!!"

He feels glued to the ground by his brother's alpha. Are you fucking serious? Is he losing his mind, she won't be able to heal as they do. That's what sucks about the females, without finding their mates their wolves are stagnant, her wolf is nonexistent as of now even if she wanted to heal she couldn't.

Rylee hasn't been marked nor does she even know her mate so her wolf and everything all the males start life with is nonexistent. Why can't Issac see this, does he want Rylee hurt?

Eric's eyes swim with anger as they dart back and forth from Rylee to his alpha. His wolf going crazy beneath him as he's trying to stay loyal to his brother's command. All while she plummets closer to the ground.

He catches another sudden scream from Rylee before it goes silent, he looks up just before seeing her smack hard on another limb.

The silence was the worst thing that could happen. Eric let out a low growl, he was not trying to test Issac but she is getting closer and closer still.

"If you can still hear me, this is your punishment for climbing."

Eric lowered his head, claws digging into the ground. His body shakes as he's fighting against the command. Issac was going to let her just fall and risk the damage to her body.

His head snapped up as he heard a whimpering voice, she was awake again. He was now trying to reason with Issac, he even linked with the Luna in hopes he'd see reason.

"Issac stop being an idiot."

"Eric, shut up."

"I won't when you're trying to let Rylee fall from that tree and hit the ground."

Eric hears his snickering then the frantic commanding voice of his Luna finally.

"Issac, you let our son's mate plummet to the ground and I will never forgive you. I've already lost one pup I'm not losing Caleb because of your insensitivity."

Issac's silence is quick as Katherine's soft voice fills Eric's ears.

"Save her, Eric..."

It happens quickly, Rylee's body dropping closer before Eric twists backward as he kicks off the tree trunk. His shift back from wolf form is quick as he slings himself a few feet forwards before his arms wrap around her flesh.

He grunts out a gasp as he's heaved down and into the dirt. His body ripples a little up into Rylee's as his fingers tremble and curl into her slightly.

He finally breathes out a bit harshly, the action having knocked the wind out of him. His left-hand moves to her head, slightly smoothing his hand over it.

Rylee didn't move, well it hurt like hell to move. Scrapes and scratches over her arms and legs along with a splitting headache. When she hit the limb earlier she hit it hard, luckily it only knocked her out for a few minutes but that landing wasn't as nice either.

She closed her eyes trying to keep from looking at the alpha plus she wanted the pain to go away but it only seems to be getting worse.

She didn't feel Eric's hand as he was momentarily checking her injuries himself.
