"I dare you to close your eyes, kiss something or someone near you." Paul giggled at his dare that he gave me. I blushed beet red at the thought of how this might end up.
So I obeyed, closing my eyes, and trying to find a decent, yet funny thing to kiss. Just to make it more fun. I waved my arm around me, until I found something that felt like glass. Before I could even touch it, one of the boys' lips were smashed onto mine. I was shocked at what just happened. I swiftly opened my eyes, and noticed it was George.
Why the hell would he do that?
Is he doing this to embarrass me, or is he in love with me?
I tried to let go, but to be honest, I kind of got a liking to it. Paul just sat there, staring at us, either it was jealousy, or shock. I finally let go, blushing even more than I was before.
"I-I'm sorry, Anna." George stuttered. "I didn't mean it to go that far."
"Um...it's fine, George. It's all for the fun of is, isn't it, Paul?" I tried to laugh it off, but thoughts of it just kept flowing into my mind.
"Uhh, yeah, it's just for fun, mate." He patted George's shoulder, "don't sweat it."

After a few drinks and laughs, Paul decided that it was time to head back home. "Oh, come on, Paul. Don't be a softie. Ya know you wanna stay." George teased.
"Sod off, George. I would love t' stay, but my folks are gonna kill me if I'm not home when they wake up." He whined. "Whatever ya say, Paulie. Sweet dreams." George was playing with Paul's words, and of course, it was because he was drunk. But I'm sure he wasn't that drunk. He could still control himself if he wanted to.
I went to the door with Paul to say our goodbyes. It hasn't been just the two of us in a while. "Well, thanks for coming, Paul. I really enjoyed your company." He smiled, "Aye, you know I'd do anything for you." He started to put his arms around my waist and pulling me closer to him. My heartbeat started to race, getting worried at what Paul is trying to do. "It'd be great if you could come over again sometime. I miss you, Anna." "I-I miss you, too, Paul. But I think that my life is a bit mixed up right now, so I might stay alone for a while. But thanks for the offer." I put Paul's arms off of my waist, since it was time for me to go back to George. Paul seemed to get offended by the action a little, but I think he's fine.
"Well, I guess I'll see you around, Paul. Enjoy the rest of your night."
"Same to you, Anna. Don't forget to phone me once in a while." He winked. "Okay, I won't." I headed back to the door, closing it behind me. I sighed, thinking about all the trouble I caused myself with the boys.
"Come over here, Anna. I want to talk with you." George shouted from the other room. "I'm coming, George, just wait a moment." I rushed to my room, and took out the picture that I found in my wardrobe and slid it into my pocket. I ran down the stairs to George, who was laying there, on the floor, wrapped in the blanket he gave me earlier.
"George?" I whispered. "Yes, love?" He answered, sleepily. "Are you awake?" "Yeah, I'm awake. Just here, waiting for you." I laid down next to him so I could be level to him.
"Oh, okay. Well, I found something in my wardrobe before I came here, and I thought you might wanna take a look at it." George seemed curious like a little child on Christmas. "What is it?" He asked, sitting up. "You'll see. Just be patient." I giggled at his excitement. I pulled the photograph out of my pocket and handed it to George, who's eyes were focused on it. His eyes shimmered in delight. It looked like he truly loved to see our good old days.
"Anna...I can't even remember the last time we've been so close. How'd you find this?" He awed in astonishment. I can tell that we really have to spend more time with each other.
"Oh, I don't know. I was just trying to find some clothing, and then there was a box in my wardrobe, so I opened it, and there it was." I was looking at it, too. It really was a good picture of us together. "You can keep it if you want. I don't mind." I warmly smiled at him.
"Really? You'd do that for me?" He surprisingly smiled, maki me smile as well. I nodded. George gave me a warm hug, "Thank you, Anna." He whispered. I rested my head on his shoulder. "I-I love you." He stuttered, nervously.
I was taken aback by those words. He really meant that? What am I supposed to say? I don't want to hurt John! I thought in my head. My heart was racing. Beating like it was never before in my chest.
"I-I love you, too, George." I let go of all thoughts that were in my head at that time. I had no idea what I was doing.
Before I could do anything else, George slowly and calmly placed his lips on mine. His lips were so soft, and thin. He kissed me passionately. I didn't kiss him back at first, but I then gave in. Our lips were perfectly moving with rhythm.
I brushed my hand through his hair, which made him let out a light moan. His arms were moving up and down my back, making me want even more. "George, I- don't-think-we-should-do-this," I said between kisses. I didn't want to hurt George, but this wasn't the right thing to do.
What if John finds out? I couldn't see him hurt. Especially when I'm the reason he's broken. I would be the reason George and John aren't friends.
What are you talking about? You left John a long time ago! It's not like you're going back to him!
A voice in my head kept persuading me to stay with George. But I couldn't. What if there is a chance that I stay with John?
