People can see you
But when you look in the mirror you see someone else
When you lay awake at night you become someone else
Even after you close your eyes
And you dream another dream
You are someone else
But that's not what they see
And you hate that they can't see who you want to be
Because you think what they see is bad
You think they judge you negatively
Well maybe they do
Don't ever doubt that someone won't like you
As a society we believe in so much
But what does it take to believe in you
