*Luke's POV*
Dillon seemed to be a little bit off when I got back to the car. She seemed, I don't know, different. I decide that is better to just ignore it and continue with our night. I picked out some newer scary movies that we could watch when we got to my house.
"Hey Luke," Dillon said, turning down the radio so I could hear her.
"Yes," I answered.
"Do you think that what Michael did could be just a one time thing?" She asked, looking at her hands that were twisted in her lap.
I didn't answer immediately. Could it be a one time thing? "I don't really know Dillion. It could be and it also could not be," I finally answered with.
She just nodded her head and looked out the window. I noticed that a car was coming up on us quick so I pulled over to the side giving them plenty of room to go around us. When the car was right next to us, they rammed right into the side of my pick-up making the truck weave a little. "What in the hell!" I yelled in shock that they had just hit me. I hit my brakes and slowed to a stop. I undid my seat belt and started to get out of the truck when Dillion stopped me.
"Luke," she said. I looked over at her and noticed that she looked like she had just seen a ghost. I looked straight ahead and noticed that there were headlights coming staight for us. I through my arm in front of Dillion to hold her back and the truck hit us. "Dillion," was the last thing I said before I blacked out.

BEEP BEEP
'What in the world is that beeping and why is it so loud?' I thought when I woke up. When I opened my eyes I was blinded by the bright light above me. After I could finally see again I noticed that I was in a hospital room and that beeping was my heart monitor. 'WAIT! Heart monitor.' That's when all the memories from the truck hitting us came back to me. 'Dillion.' She was my first thought. Where us she? I have to find her. I started pulling at all of the wires that I was attached to and finally got free. I started to get out of the bed and noticed there was a cast on my left leg. I hobbled out of the bed with the help of a chair and started toward the door. Before I got half way a nurse came in and freaked out when she saw me.
"Oh no. Mr. Hemmings. You have to stay in the bed and get your leg and head feeling better," she said guiding me back to the bed.
"But my friend. She is here and I have to find her," I told her.
She started hooking the wires and rubes back to me and finally said, "What is your friends name and I will try to find her?"
I told her Dillion's first and last name and she told me that if she found her and if she could have visitors that she would take me to see her. I nodded and she left he room after checking all of the equipment and giving me my medicine.
'I wonder who hit us?' I thought as I sat in the bed looking on my phone. 'I wonder of Dillion is okay? I hope she is. I don't know what I would do if she wasn't.'
Finally the nurse from before came in and said the words I feared. "There is no one here by that name."
