Raven’s POV

I couldn’t believe I was doing this. I never expected this day to come and certainly not this soon. I spun around in front of my mirror a few hundred times and didn’t get dizzy. My dress was great and I looked hot period. I took a picture then twirled around yet again. I knew the reason I was going wasn’t really because I was pretty but I had the right friends. I had my hair up in a ponytail, I’d curled my hair and it was on one side of my head over my shoulder. The dress was white satin with a sagging top and spaghetti straps. It went down to just above my knees and I was wearing white stilettos. I walked around and grabbed a sweater while I waited for my date. I heard a car horn outside and I sprinted downstairs and grabbed my purse and rushed out to the limo. “Hey”, Jay said opening the door.

“Hurry up”, I said climbing in through the other door, “if my parents catch me in a limo they’ll flip”. He laughed and told the driver to get moving and we were off.

“So let’s see the dress”, he said casually. I took off the sweater and his jaw dropped.

“Do I pass?” I teased.

“Nice work”, he said giving me a hug, “just remember the plan”.

“I’ve got it memorized”, I said as the limo came to a halt, “Ready for this?”

“As ready as I can be”, he agreed.

“Time to make an entrance”, I said and he climbed out and opened my door for me and helped me stand up. People outside were staring at us and I smiled a little. “Come on let’s get inside I’m freezing my butt off”, I whispered.

“Yes ma’am”, he replied then we headed into the building and went to the gym.

“Do you think she’ll even notice me?” he asked as we stopped outside.

“Why not you look hot tonight pure black and sophisticated?” I said fixing my heel, “do you think he’ll notice me?”

“Rave, are you sure about this?” he said unsure.

“Jayden, do you want to back out?” I asked looking at him.

“No”, he said automatically.

“Then let’s go inside it’s cold out here”, I said and he wrapped his arm around me.

“Let’s do this”, he said opening the door. All the chatting, dancing and music stopped as we walked in and I smiled despite myself. This was so classical we should do this every year. They look confused, I thought. Packs could talk to each other and Jayden and I could just talk to each other, which was pretty cool. We were here for our exes tonight a little revenge trip.

Watch Erick’s jaw drop on the count of three, he replied. I looked over and saw Erick, my ex see me and his jaw dropped right on schedule. I could feel Rebecca’s glare on me and Jay and I went over to the dance floor as everyone acted like they weren’t staring. Winter Wonderland started playing and we started dancing together. Are they both still looking? He thought spinning me around. I saw that both were still looking at us and I nodded to Jay and we started really dancing. It was an old fashioned dance and we were smiling like idiots. He was actually a good dancer and he kept up with me. I was a professional dancer so this was very surprising. White Christmas came on next and we did another traditional dance.
