Just Go With It Chapter 6

Raven’s POV

I got to the living room and found Rebecca sitting on the sofa in her slutty little outfit. “Hey slut”, I said sitting on my favorite armchair.

“Hey bitch”, she replied.

“Sleeping with both brothers that’s a new low”, I said putting the leg rest up.

“Shut up”, she ordered.

“Make me blondie”, I mocked.

“Don’t think I won’t”, she said standing up.

“Just try it”, I challenged.

“You’re so in for it”, she said walking over.

“Hello girls”, Mrs. Connors said walking in followed by Mr. Connors, our alpha.

“Hi”, I said respectfully.

“What’s with the hospitality?” Gabriella asked.

“That’s what I’d like to know”, Jayden said sitting down in the armchair beside mine.

“I’d like to know when you and my brother became friends with benefits”, Erick said casually.

“What?” we all said. I was so screwed now his parents were going to murder me.

“Last night these two slept together”, he said seriously.

“Is this true?” Neill said looking at me.

“It was an accident and we’d had tons to drink and it just kind of happened”, I tried to explain.

“I thought you and Erick were dating though and Jayden aren’t you dating Rebecca here”, Neill said looking through us.

“I’m not dating Erick”, I said automatically.

“I just broke up with Rebecca”, Jayden said soberly.

“What?” Rebecca said angrily, “why?”

“You slept with his brother”, I reminded her.

“Shut up”, she yelled at me.

“Everyone quiet”, Neill ordered in his alpha tone. I zipped my lips and so did everyone else in the room.

“Let me get this straight”, Gabriella said clearing her throat, “Erick, you and Raven broke up, Jayden, you and Raven slept together and Erick and Rebecca slept you together”.

“That about sums it up”, I said touching my cheek.

“Alright everyone anything else you want to tell us”, Neill asked looking through the group.

“I was wondering if Jayden could come with my friends and me to a Marianas Trench concert”, I asked.

“There’s not much that could stop him but yes he can go”, Gabriella said nicely, “so are you two dating now?”

“No”, we both said.

“So you two are friends with benefits”, Erick announced.

“Erick act your age”, Neill said seriously.

“Alright everyone goes their separate ways”, Gabriella suggested. I went outside and sat on the swing taking long deep breaths.

“Rave”, Jayden said sitting down next to me, “are you trying to freeze to death?”

“No”, I said grabbing the jacket he offered me.

“Parents are weird I thought I was in shit for sure”, he said amused.

“No kidding I thought mine were going to flip out this morning”, I agreed.

“Your parents know too”, he said surprised.

“Unfortunately”, I nodded.

“Well the next time I visit I’ll have to wear a disguise”, he said absentmindedly.

“That’d probably be a good idea”, I laughed, “wear the glasses with the nose”.

“They’ll never recognize me”, he said amused.

“Are you going to the full moon party?” I asked suddenly.

“Of course it’ll be my first one after becoming an adult”, he nodded.

“Maybe you’ll find your mate”, I said nudging him, “some blonde babe to hang out with all the time”.

“That would be fun but we’ll still hang out right”, he asked hopefully.

“You couldn’t get rid of me that easily”, I said shaking my head.

“No one is that lucky”, he said.

“Catch me if you can”, I said grabbing his hat and ran.

We spent the rest of the night in wolf mode racing around and play fighting and finally falling asleep under a huge evergreen tree. We hung out until four when the others came over and invited us to go see the newest action movie, Abduction. I was a big Taylor Lautner fan so I agreed instantly and after about ten minutes of begging Jayden agreed to come too. We got great seats and Jayden and I shared popcorn and some Nibs. The first scene was of Taylor Lautner on top of a car looking really hot. All the girls in the theater including myself sighed happily. “Why?” Jay said shaking his head.

“He’s the hottest guy ever created”, I said eating more popcorn.

“The shirt is off”, Lily whispered. All the girls in the room cheered and the guys just acted like we were weirdoes.

“You’re such a girl”, Jay said shaking his head.

“You just wish girls thought you were as hot as Taylor”, I said grabbing some nibs.

“You’re obsessed”, he said shaking his head, “remember him in Shark boy and Lava girl did you think he was hot then”. We all shushed him how dare he speak of that movie. “My point exactly”, he said pleased.

“Shut up Taylor is talking”, I said flicking him in the arm.

“Yes mom”, he said rolling his eyes. After the movie I went home and got changed into a plain white dress with white strings holding the top together. All the girls wore them and the guys wore jean cutoffs no matter what the temperature was. We’re weird that way. “You ready for this?” he asked.

“I’ve been waiting my entire life for this”, I said looking up at the clouds covering the moon.

“Are you sure?” he asked.

“Drive slow”, I said looking over at him. Tonight I would find my mate.
