THINKING ABOUT TWEAKING A FEW THINGS IN THIS STORY OR HAVING A FEW FLASH BACK CHAPTERS.....WHAT WOULD YOU GUYS RATHER ME DO?

"I wish I smacked you around a bit more before making the bond..." I said looking over at him. Sure he was a bit beaten up but he was hardly bleeding. Me, I still had a total of three cards sticking out of me, possibly four. I really wouldn't know, I didn't have a mirror or anything on me.

"I wish you did too. You ended our game too early." He complained.

"No, I ended it just on time. I really didn't want to deal with your.....excitement." I said. He smiled looking quite happy with himself. "You know, if it stays longer then four hours we'll have to go to see a professional or so I've been told." I chuckled dryly.

"Don't you worry about me. Now hold still a second." He said. I stopped and watched him as he pulled out six cards from my body.

"Geez, did I have a target on my back? Wait don't answer that. I was literally the target." I sighed cringing at the feeling of the cards slipping out of my skin. "How do you even do that? I mean they feel like normal cards but they cut like knives." I asked.

"A magician never reveals his secrets." He said holding his hand out for me.

"I thought you were a zom-clown at one point back there." I grumbled handing back the cards that I collected while he was throwing them at me. He put them away and we continued walking.

"How long were you following me?" He asked.

"Not as long as Gony was. I just hung out in the trees and followed from a distance." I shrugged. "Oh speaking of following, there was a reason for me attacking you." I said suddenly remembering tapping a finger to my chin. I held out my hand just like he had for his cards.

"I never said I would give you that man's tag." He smirked.

"Oh come on! Think of it this way. It's just giving you another reason to go hunt someone down and kill them!" I said not believing that I was encouraging someone to kill another.

"Or, I could sit back and wait for the end of the test." He said.

"Clown...." I gritted out. "Your sooooo lucky I can't hurt you cause I really really want to slap you."

"Please don't remind me, I think I'll be sent through a mini depression if you keep this up." He said.

"You? Depressed? Ha! The only way that will happen is if you became the only person and thing living. Anyways, seriously cough it over." I said moody.

"Maybe if you asked me nicely I would. You did threaten to shove my shoes up my ass and down my throat." He teased.

"Hey, that was a very generous offer. Who knows, maybe they would of meet in your stomach and became a super shoe! Then all you needed to do is throw it up and repeat the process, whola! You have a pair of super shoes." I rambled.

"That was the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a long time." He chuckled digging into his pocket. He handed me my targets badge.

"Yes! Next phase here I come!" I jumped up doing a back flip in the air. "Thank you...errr. You know what...I don't know your name." I said.

"Your welcome my lady, my name is Hisoka." He said with a sarcastic bow.

"Seriously? Don't call me a lady. It sounds weird coming from you." I frowned.

"What ever my lady wishes." He smirked looking down at me from the corner of his eye. I growled hitting my forehead letting my hand drag down my face. I smeared a bit of blood on my face causing a few butterflies to land on it. I looked up at Hisoka sourly to which he close mouth laughed at me.

"I never thought I would hate butterflies like I do now, then again I didn't plan on making someone a protector either. I feel like I've been teleported to opposite world. Maybe this is purgatory. Are you sure you didn't kill me?" I asked.

"I'm very sure. Perhaps if you cleaned up they would leave you alone." He suggested.

"Right.....so um....you go on your little murder trip and I'll go take a dip in the river." I said. He nodded and continued walking while I turned left and started crashing through the forest. It took me awhile before I found a river. Not bothering removing my dress I dived into the water and let the current drag me away for a bit. I went up for air and floated on it's surface. 'This is...insanity.' I thought looking up at the sky. I closed my eyes and just enjoyed the cool water and warm sun beating down on me. Eventually I got back on land and air dried. It was now night time so I decided to sit up in a tree and go to sleep.

"Wake up my lady." Hisoka said standing on the branch I was sleeping on. I jumped nearly falling off the branch. "I've got what I needed, let's start heading back." He suggested smiling at me eyes filled with amusement. I yawned getting up doing a bridge keeping myself steady with my vectors.

"Yeah yeah, we still have three days." I said jumping down. "Anyways, you haven't asked me anything about being a protector." I said.

"Is it a requirement that I ask?" He asked.

"Ye...no. You actually have a very valid point there. Okay so let's see here. You know that the bond was created when I put my blood inside your body through a wound. You can't hurt me and I can't hurt you. My special ability is very strong. I accidentally crushed my bones the first two years I had developed it. Now that your my protector my abilities will turn a blind eye to you unless I want them to effect you, but it can't be in a negative way. Your body, will refuse to do harm to me as well." I said looking as the butterflies that followed me still. I was able to reason with them, telling them to stay off me or die. Don't know how they understood me but I'm not going to try to think about that logically. Too much is happening right now, my head will explode if I tried. "As you see, my blood is something that once you get a taste of, you'll either be devoted to the source of you'll go crazy and try killing it. However this doesn't effect you anymore so your safe. You'll have better healing abilities and a increase of strength when you know I'm in danger, like a berserker mode. That's about it, father had very limited information for me. Sure he knew all about his end of things but for my mother it's a mystery for me. Basically I'm going to be more in the dark then you are." I said.

"Sounds fun." He said making me sigh.

"Why do I feel like your not taking me seriously?" I asked.

"I have no idea. My apologies if I'm not having the reaction you expect but I'm still trying to wrap the fact that I can't hurt you. I was tempted to just leave you but before I knew it I was in front of you as you slept. So easy it would of been to kill you if I wished but I didn't have the desire to do so." He said.

"Yeah, I guess it would be strange for someone like you not to be able to kill another person." I admitted. It was kind of strange trying to understand a murdering psychopath but hey, I've got to start somewhere. After all, we we're stuck for life. Oh no.....we're stuck. "Looks like the next rest of our lives are going to be.......err interesting." I said offering a very weak smile.

"Hmmm? I couldn't agree more!" He said. Then the awkward settled over me like a heavy weight.
