TOM KICKED THE cupboard with all his force.

"Thomas, stay calm!" Christopher had called out from the other side of the phone. His main aim at this moment in time was to calm down his old friend.

"How, Chris, how!" The annoyed friend cried out, bashing his fist into the cupboard door.

"Thomas, how do we know this is Yuri's leader?" Christopher asked and Tom stopped for a moment, breathing heavily.

"He attacked someone with a similar name to me, I think that is explanation enough, Chris." Tom punched once more.

"Listen! All that we know of is that this Yuri's leader, murdered someone with a similar name... not status, or even job. We do not have to pair this random murder with your own life." Sighing, Tom removes his hand from the cupboard.

"Christopher, I'm not so sure... I mean, I just came out of our little service." He combed his fingers through his hair.

"Keep a clear head Tom... We aren't sure on anything yet." Christopher reassured him. "I know that coming out of such service does put people around you on danger. That sense... but do not fear."

"... You are a saint Chris." Christopher chuckled and Tom smiled smugly.

"Thank you for the compliment. I know that everything will be okay Thomas." The confident words that spilled from Christopher's mouth had called Tom's mind- however he still thought irrationally.

"My dear friend, thank you. I hope that these bastards don't try to fiddle with my normal life."

And on that note, there was a knock on the door. "Excuse me Christopher."

Tom tucks his phone into his pocket and loosens his tie a little- glad to be free of it's suffocation.

He sighs a little and flings open the door, only to reveal Elena perched up in his doorway as rain began to pour.

"Sorry, I... I wanted to just apologise about earlier." Thunder clapped. "Work calls and, you get buried in it." Tom simpers.

"It... it's no problem." Elena nodded and tapped her shoes together.

"So... did you get home okay? Neighbour." She laughed.

"Yes. Thank you."

"Well... it's a bit wet out here." Elena commented- waiting for the gentlemen in front of her to offer her to come inside.

"Yeah, you should.... probably go back to your house. Avoid a cold." Elena smirks.

"Good idea. Well, night." She turns around and collides with a taller man.

"Oh. Elena." Sam holds his umbrella over her.

"Sam, hey. Thanks, bit wet."

"I don't think we've been introduced." Sam calls out to Tom, who walks over to him. "I'm Officer Rays. Elena's colleague. I get called Sam." Both dominating men shook hands.

"I'm Thomas William Hiddleston. But, call me Tom."

"Well, it's nice to meet you." Sam turns to Elena and stamps his feet. "Elena, I came here to deliver sole photographs and files. There are also some suspects you may want to speak to who aren't suitable to speak to with officers present. Your psychology degree is going to come in handy." Sam chuckles.

"Thanks Sam. I'll take a look tomorrow." She slips the papers under her trench coat. "I'll contact you for any updates."

"Unless, you invite me over for a drink." Elena glared at Sam. "...Or not." Both laughed and Tom joined in.

"Goodnight Sam, Tom." Elena paused for a moment, before rushing up to home.

Officer Rays walked back to his car and Tom stepped back into the safety of his own home.

Although, he dwelled on the thought of Yuri's leader...
