"Argh!" Tom screamed as Sam had held a pair of giant tweezers in his hands.

"Hold still!" Sam said in frustration and Tom attempted to grab the object from Sam's hands.

"Give it to me Sam, I know how to do it." Tom snatched them from his hands and Sam shook his head, sitting next to Tom on his bed.

"What are you going to do about all this blood on the sheets?" Asking, Sam sighed as Tom took a deep breathe in, preparing for a moment of unbearable pain.

"Don't worry about it..." Tom strained and put a piece of cloth into his mouth.

"What-" Sam whispered to himself and Tom plunged the tweezers into his wound, screaming in pain and biting onto the cloth with all his strength. "Oh..." Placing the bullet into a glass of water, Tom took the cloth from his mouth and dabbed it onto his wound.

"Don't want to disturb..." He paused for a minute and thought about the night he has first met Elena.

He was with a prostitute- when he woke Elena.

It was awkward, but a precious moment. "... the neighbours..." Tom continued and blinked fast, before grabbing some padded material to place onto his wound.

"Yeah, it's, late." Sam commented and stood up, beginning to pace up and down the room.

Tom frowned and pressed tape down onto the material, wondering why on earth he was walking around the room.

"What..." Tom began. "What are you doing?"

"Thinking..." Sam answered. "... about-"

"-Elena?" Tom interrupted and exhaled deeply. "I know the feeling." He pulled down his sleeve.

Sam clenched his fists and threw his foot at the wall, yelling.

"Fuck! Why the fuck has this happened!"

"Sam!" Tom attempted to reach Sam.

"This wouldn't have fucking happened if you... you... met her! You little shit." Tom got up and slowly stepped up to Sam.

"Sam, please..."

"This is your fucking fault!"

"Yes!" Tom admitted. "This is my fault! Okay, I let my own enemy take the woman I... love..." His voice got quieter.

"I knew from the start that you and Elena clicked..." Sam inhaled. "... I used to date her, but you know... we wanted to stay professional." They both sat down. "I'm sorry, okay. I guess I'm jealous. And, we both love this woman. So, we should go rescue her." Sam placed his arm onto Tom's and Tom finally smiled.

Until, the phone started to ring.

Tom rushed up to it.

"Yeah?"

"I found her." And both Tom and Sam were extremely happy to hear those voice.

With a few hours of strategy and preparation- the boys were ready to go in armed to the teeth, but obviously, Tom knew he was missing something- in fact, someone.

"Hey stranger." Christopher smiled. "You ready?" Tom asked and his old friend nodded, his smile growing wider.

"When I am never?" Chuckling, Tom bowed his head. "So... you really going to go after her?"

"I-"

"-You've been getting that tingling feeling? That feeling that you don't feel you should have?" Tom licked his lips and smirked. "And when you're around her, she makes you smile? And when she's not, you go crazy? Yeah, I've had that my friend. It's called, love." Christopher explained and Tom simpered.

"I do love her Chris. And I want to go get her."

"Well, my friend..." Christopher's wife, Sarah, walked by his side and rubbed her baby bump. "... I'm always in for you." He tapped his shoulder and made his way to the car, Sam inside- waiting.

"You saved him." Sarah smiled. "So, thank you again." She leaned forward and pecked Tom on his cheek.

"You're most welcome Sarah." He simpered. "Give my best to Josh, Megan, Millie and this little one." Glancing at her baby bump, Tom was about to turn away, when Sarah grabbed his hand.

"You can say it yourself. Here..." Sarah pressed Tom's hand onto her baby bump and he felt a light thump against his hand.

For a moment, he was speechless and thought about having a human growing inside of someone- a whole new. One they'd look after.

Sarah giggled and Tom bit his bottom lip, tearing slowly filling his eyes. "Go get her." She smiled while Tom made his way to the car and stepped inside.

"Ready my friend?" Christopher asked.

"I'm goddamn ready."
