00 recap: Tanveer came back from jail to take revenge on Amed Khan Family and on Zoya's father. And stabs them with a knife on Zoya's leg, Asad's back and Nazma's stomach. But Asad push her to the wall to save Zoya, but Tanveer stabs Asad on the back, and circles the oil around Asad and Zoya to burn them, but Aayan sees them and brings 10 bucket of water to bring out the fire and brings them to the hospital to save everyone's life. 

Later the 30 mins Tanveer walked out the house, she saw the police and tried to run away but, she couldn't do that because the one that called the police was Asad's step brother and Zoya's ex-husband Aayan. " Sorry ma'am you are under arrest". The police says. Tanveer gets mad when the lady police grabs her tight in her arms, turns and yells at him. "REMEMBER ME!!!!! I WILL GET YOU FOR THIS AND I WILL COME BACK AND BURN EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU ALIVE". Aayan goes back inside when Tanveer is taken by the police. Dilshaad told her maid servant to look after Sanam, Seher, and Haya and went to the hospital with Asad, Zoya, Nazma and Aayan and quickly reached. "Doctor please please save them. They are bleeding in blood a lot!!!!!!". Dilshaad plead them a lot until they agreed to the statement. "Nurse! please admit them quickly and send someone who is blood transfer". "Doctor, me and my son will transfer the blood to them" Dilshaad said. Aayan is shocked when Dilsaad, he is her son. "Quick prepare them for operation". Doctor said 

After 1 hour 

The doctor came outside the operation door and said " Congratulation! The couples are both saved and can go back home in 2 hours". Both Dilsaad and Aayan were so happy that their worried face went to an excitement. "Can one of you come with me and pay the hospital about bill please?". Aayan went with the doctor to pay the bill with the check. While Dilshaad went inside the room to check on both Asad and Zoya. "I'm so so happy that you guys are ok. I was so worried that I was going to lose you". Dilsaad cried. "Ammie, please don't cry! everything is gonna be fine". Asad said holding her hand. But Nazma on the other hand was also alive, she was wrapped in white bandage and visited Zoya's and Asad's room

Dilsad later went home with her children and saw her grandkids watching "TOM AND JERRY" on the cartoon network. And send them back to the room and her children to the rest.
