The Best of Friends

"Hey Channie, you're so deep in thought." Baekhyun suddenly broke into my thoughts. I immediately took a glance at Baek's beautiful eyes, no wonder I am so fascinated with him.

"Chanyeol...what are you looking at?" Baekhyun destroyed my thoughts again. I finally got back to my senses and plainly answered, "Nothing."

It has been weeks after the exams, and everyone's planning for the camping trip coming up next week. Partners were chosen, and guess what, my partner is no other than Baek!

I am too happy on the inside but I try to show my expressionless side to him. When I saw his reaction that day, I felt happy because of his smile. The smile I saw when I first met him.

"Chanyeol, ever since we started becoming sophomores, you just space out." Baekhyun finally made me come back to my senses. Yeah, I have been spacing out. Thanks for reminding, Baek.

"Oh, hey, Chanyeol and Baekhyun." A call from a girl came. I searched until I spotted her. Oh, it's Min Ri, our only girl bestfriend along with Baekhyun.

She knows my feelings for Baekhyun. I have to be honest, she's a really good liar. "Baekhyun...Chanyeol, wanna copy notes from yesterday's topics?" Me and Baekhyun both nodded on Min Ri's question.

While she placed her bag on her desk and searched for notebooks, my eyes were only locked on Baekhyun. The way how he holds the book he's reading flawlessly...he's perfection for me.

"Chanyeol...I wanted to ask you if you wanna borrow a book with me in the library later." A sentence came out of Baekhyun's small lips. I nodded in a second, not even thinking about the question.

"Yeah, sure, I will go with you." I answered calmly and smiled at him. He smiled sweetly in return, doing his eye-smile. I wanna pinch his cheeks...but not now, we are not a couple yet.

Couple. How I wish that was our status with Baekhyunnie. How I wish that was us now.

But I will make sure I will confess to Baekhyun. One day, I will.

Hehehe, this is the first chapter. After all the experience of reading boyxboy love stories, I really liked those EXO fanfics that was like a boyxboy love story.

I now have a deep composition in writing, just got it from reading those ordinary novels. And, now, I compose stories like this.
