The End of All The Suffering

Last chapter...and after this is an epilogue!

Thanks for the support throughout this story, and now, 2nd to the last chapter... :)

Baekhyun lets out a sigh. It has been 4 straight hours that he hasn't heard a word from the nurses, and he's already dying from curiosity. He wants to know if Chanyeol's okay, and still alive. "Sir." He looked through the door, another nurse, a heartwarming smile plastered on her face. Baekhyun smiles back, but he's curious to why she was like that.

"Hm? What happened to him?" He asks and the nurse smiles brightly at him.

"He made it alive." The nurse said happily and Baekhyun, mentally, squealed in joy. He wanted to see Chanyeol, he wanted to see him again, even though he may have bruises on his face. "Can I  go visit him?" Baekhyun asks, and the nurse nods.

"Wait a minute, I will just get a wheelchair so I could bring you to his room." The nurse says and she goes out of his room. Baekhyun smiles, clearly excited to see him. Chanyeol-ah....he can't find the right words to say at the moment. Finally, everything turns back to normal, how it all used to be.

The nurse strolls Baekhyun on his wheelchair, until they stopped at Chanyeol's door to the room. The nurse opens it and there goes a Chanyeol, his handsome face only put a band-aid on his right cheek, and his lips has a cut from the accident. His eyes widen when he saw Baekhyun brightly smiling at him like there is no tomorrow. "C-Chanyeol." Baekhyun speaks and smiles, then tears started to well up on his eyes while smiling. "Baekhyun-ah." Chanyeol's call for his name slips out of his mouth and he smiles back at him.

"I am sure you can stand up, sir." The nurse told Baekhyun and he quickly nods, in a fast pace, he stands up from the wheelchair and walks slowly straight to the side of Chanyeol's bed, and sits down on the edge. "Sir, will you be okay?" The nurse asks behind him and Baekhyun looks back and nods. "I will be fine, nurse. Kansahamnida." He says and smiles at her wholeheartedly. She smiles back before closing the door, giving the privacy to the both of them.

Silence filled the atmosphere as they both looked at each other in the eyes. "I guess...you got your memories back?" Chanyeol asks and Baekhyun nods, smiling. "I don't even know what to say to you right now, now that we're okay." Baekhyun says while reaching out for Chanyeol's hand and tears started to fall.

"I miss you." They both said in unison, and they ended up chuckling. It seemed foreign, because they never said that to each other in months. "How come you suffered a lot for me?" Baekhyun asks which sounded like a whisper, and Chanyeol just smiles at him. "I can't afford to lose someone like you, Baek. I really can't." He answered and he leaned his face to Baekhyun's, both now a few centimeters apart. Baekhyun grins and raises his hand to touch Chanyeol's cheek. "I feel the same way too." He whispers, but it was well heard by Chanyeol. They both shared eye contact before leaning into a sweet kiss.

They both gave each sweet and lingering kisses because they can't hold it back anymore. They were longing for each other already, they needed each other. When the both of them couldn't breathe anymore, they pulled back but their faces were still close, noses already touching.

"I love you Chan."

"I love you Baek."

After exchanging those words, they both leaned in again for a kiss, never having getting enough of each other's lips after the months of all the suffering, the pain.

They finally made their own happy ending.
