Getting Used To The New Baek

It has been 3 weeks since me and Baek were discharged from the hospital. Baekhyun doesn't know we were under one roof, but he knows he bought that house.

So everything seems clear to me now, I'm the only one he can't remember. The accident removed every single memory he had of me.

And now...I'm here, feeling betrayed. If anybody could answer why is life putting Baek's life on the line? Or to make him feel he was lost in time?

"Chanyeol...wanna eat?" Baekhyun broke my thoughts again. "Yeah...sure." I answered and followed him to the dining room. He was giving me a friendly smile. I, somehow, tried to smile back, but...it didn't work.

We both sat down our respective chairs, then faced each other..

When I looked at his eyes, it felt like he remembered me...it's not on his brain...but it was through his heart.

Maybe his heart still remembers...now, I'm not so sure anymore. I wanna know if a memory of me is still in there.

I'm so desperate to make him remember everything...but it seems everything that was unforgettable can't be remembered.

"I am actually wondering...how did I meet you?" Baekhyun suddenly broke the silence. I just smiled and spoke, "When you confessed to all of the students you were gay. I was there. After that, I came up to you and told you..." I smiled before I continued. "you were brave to do that."

Baekhyun giggles softly. I can see he was blushing. "Oh." I smiled, knowing it seemed foreign for him.

I just have to get used to the new Baek.
