So, from the cliffhanger in the last chapter I updated, it will start there, but NO ONE'S POV. Neither Baek or Chan's POV for this chapter.

Chanyeol blankly stares at the book he just accidentally stepped on. After 1 year of not popping out, it must have been that Chanyeol already forgot the book's presence in his life. Especially the part wherein they borrowed it at the library a year ago. Ah, those days.

"Chan? Did something fall down?" Baekhyun asks from downstairs. That's when it hits him, the most important thing that Baekhyun needs to know;he needs to know about this book. Chanyeol blinks his big eyes twice and wonders to find the right words to say to Baek once he makes an explanation. Chanyeol just sighs and goes down, the book in his hands.

Baekhyun gasps at the sudden sight. The book they borrowed days ago....no, a year ago. "Wait, maybe there's something new there." Baekhyun blurts which shocks Chanyeol as he was going down the stairs. Chanyeol just continues going down a few flights of stairs and he walks to Baekhyun, giving him the book. Just like last year, the book didn't change one bit.

Baekhyun opens the book using his beautiful hands and glances again at the page and its content. Untitled. "How many months has it been?" Baekhyun asks and Chanyeol quickly responds. "It has been a year, Baek." Chanyeol answers and Baekhyun's eyes widen. Time really passed by. Is all what Baekhyun thought. Baekhyun then turns the page and sees another entry written. Though it seems shocking even though they've already seen it before, it's like he wasn't used to it.

It has been long, Baekhyun. It has been one year after you borrowed this book and you read this. You wouldn't even remember what happened next because you have amnesia. Shame.

I planned to write here again because you need to know what might possibly happen next. And trust me, things aren't gonna be pretty. The doctor told Chanyeol that he must help you get your memories back before the year ends, because it seems to be his only chance. But there's one huge consequence, Baekhyun.

Once you get your memories back, on that day, Chanyeol will be gone. By what I mean gone, I mean he will die. So...it's up to you if you want your memories back. Because you will be losing Chanyeol. And, yes, if you don't get your memories back...yes, Chanyeol will still be alive. But you will be living without knowing what memories you made with him before the accident.

Baekhyun, if I were you, don't get your memories back. I swear, you will be crying like hell, if that is, Chanyeol ever dies and lies in a coffin. Trust my words, Baek, that's all the advice I'm giving you. And don't tell Chanyeol about this.

Baekhyun's heart skipped a beat. He never thought that the next entry was grim and creepy. He wanted to tell Chanyeol, but no, he should trust the author. He can't tell Chanyeol. Whether the love of his life likes it or not. "Baek, is there something wrong?" Chanyeol asks but Baekhyun shakes his head. "No, nothing. It's nothing important."

But secrets don't stay like that forever. When will Baekhyun ever tell Chanyeol about this? Not now, but sooner.

It was already in the month of October in 2014. So...he should just tell him at who knows when.
