Awkwardness

I scanned myself at the mirror...I don't look like the usual Baekhyun that Chan always sees. I look...different, awkward. Actually, I am naked, on my room alone. I think I lost weight, hehe. My phone was ringing...who is it at this hour?

I ran to my bed and answered the phone. I put it near my ear and heard a sudden yell, "KAI! STOP DOING IT! JUST STOP IT FOR A LITTLE WHILE, WILL YOU?!" That yell nearly broke my eardrums. Of course, it's no other than Kyungsoo.

"Kyungsoo...your yell nearly broke my eardrums. If you try to yell again, I would find you and kill you." I said the last famous line in Taken, LOL. Well, ever since I watched that, I found that quote funny. "Sorry, it's because of Kai. He can't stop tickling me." He said in annoyance.

Kyungsoo and Kai are a couple. They are new transferees in the school this year. Ever since I saw them walking hand-in-hand, I can't help but feel jealous. They have perfect chemistry, seriously. And they are complete opposites, but somehow, are a couple.

I didn't even realize that Kyungsoo is babbling over  the phone. "YAH! POODLE! YOU LISTENING?!" Kyungsoo yelled. I blinked my eyes and yawned, "I have to go. Maybe chat in KakaoTalk later?" I asked and Kyungsoo quickly responded, "Ne! Bye!"

He hung up. Well, I have to wear clothes now.

I walked downstairs in a quick pace. And, immediately, I saw Chanyeol on the couch, watching some show. I slowly walked to the couch and sat next to him. "Hi, Baek." He greeted and I whispered, "Hello."

I slowly looked into his eyes, maybe it's starting to tear up because he's yawning. I looked at the TV, watching some sort of...romantic film. I gazed at the boy and the girl, playing around the snow, and after that...a kiss.

I can't help but feel envious. If that was just true for me and Chanyeol, if that could have been true. I scratched my neck for him to see that I am getting bored.

He noticed it and held my waist. His face...was already near mine. We were both blushing...he gulped loudly and started to get nearer my face. His breath, brushing my small face. We were both about to kiss until...

*ring ring*

The landline phone started ringing. Chanyeol ran straight to answer the phone, leaving me, catching my breath from holding my breath...for a wasted moment.

"What a waste. Wrong time, wrong place." I murmured to myself and just continued watching the show.
