Liam's POV

We all help carry her into the door of the animal clinic. There has to be a way to save her. Please. There has to.

Stiles and Paige brought Hayden to the hospital as Scott, Malia, Cassidy and I carried Grace. My senses have been blurry ever since I felt her pulse. I have trapped people's voices out, I can't feel anything, I'm practically deaf. I'm staring at Grace, eyes glued, every moment.

We lay her on the table and her body makes an thud as it hits the metal. Deaton turns around from his back facing position at the table behind Grace at this. I stand back, immediately putting my hands to my face. Scott talks,

"No pulse. You have to fix her, Deaton. There has to be a way. Please." Deaton nods. He has little hope in his eyes, though. I almost scream,

"You have to fix her. Please!" I know I just repeated what Scott says but I'm so nervous. I'm so broken.

"There could be a way. It's a serum called Barum. I sampled some of the serum Scott got for me from the Dread Doctors that was used on her, and I found Barum as a cure..." This is great news. I straighten up, hands on the metal table now.

"Then use it!" It comes out a lot more angry than I intended. Deaton just looks at me with sad eyes. He continues,

"But the serum....only works on humans. Grace has a supernatural power, so, there is a chance it can't work. Since her supernatural power is so new, obviously." I want to bang my head on a wall. Scott pats my back and looks at me. I finally choke,

"Well, She's got nothing to lose." Deaton now looks up at me deeply. "What?" I ask. He sighs,

"I'm going to need a sample of your blood to complete it." I nod.

I will do whatever it takes. I pull up my sleeve, and hold out my arm for him. He grabs a syringe and takes it. I cringe at this, it's a big needle. He then pulls out a huge needle, filled with glowing white liquid. He opens it and squeezes my blood into it. It twists and turns in the white, until it mixes into it. It turns a faint pale orange.

Before Deaton pricks Grace with the serum, he looks back at me.

"Now, She will feel pain, dead or not. We need someone to hold her down or take her hand." I nod again and go by her side. I take her limp, pale hand and slightly squeeze it. Scott and Malia stand there, calm. How can they stay this calm?

Deaton calmly states,

"Here we go..."

He presses the needle into Graces neck, right by her collarbone. What happens next is surprising.
