Hazels POV
I look up and see an old, small pub, called The Leaky Cauldron, the place Chiron mentioned. We are standing in the middle of a busy street, full of mortals. Cautiously, I check there are no monsters near by. I think I saw a harpy fly overhead, but it may just have been a pigeon. No one else in the street seems to be noticing the pub, so I assume that the wizard and witches have some kind of spell like the mist. We walk into the inn, and see that it is full of people, chattering and laughing. Reyna walks over to the bar tender, to explain, like Chiron said to. The he smiled brightly at us, and led us upstairs, to our rooms. I was sharing a room with Piper, Annabeth with Thalia and Calypso with Reyna, as they had started to get along well together. Frank was sharing a room with Leo (I hope they get along alright,) Percy with Jason and Nico got a room to himself, not wanting to share with anyone. I felt bad for my older brother, having to leave his boyfriend behind. Our rooms were all twin rooms, so we got a single bed each, apart from Nico, who got a double bed to himself, lucky for him. The rooms were OK, but we were near a train track, so whenever a train went past, the old building shook, making dust fall from the ceiling.

Later that day, we went downstairs, after sorting our stuff out. We ordered lunch and a soft drink each. Luckily we could pay in the wizard money, as Chiron had given us some for today, but we would have to go to the bank tomorrow. We all sat around the table, talking. I sat next to Frank, holding his hand under the table.
"Well, it's quite nice here, I think. Not quite what I expected, but you can't always get what you want," Thalia said, smiling.
"I agree, it is nice here, although the trains are a bit annoying," Calypso said.
"Oh, we had worse nights on the Argo II." I said, thinking of the storm we encountered, with, oh, what was her name again? Oh, yes, Kymopleia, Percy's half sister. The one who nearly destroyed the Argo II. I shuddered, remembering how seasick I had got.
"Yeah. I had to leave building the shrines and cabin for her to other campers..." Jason said. When Calypso gave him a questioning look, he explained the promise he had made her to stop her from working with the giants. A waiter came over and gave me my food. I had ordered some chicken nuggets, as Leo had insisted, because he wanted me to know what they were. I studied my plate. It had a pile of chips, salad and some crispy golden coloured lumps of food, I'm guessing they were the chicken nuggets. I thanked the waiter and picked one up with my fork. I bit into it and sure enough it had chicken inside of it.
"So, what do you think?" Leo asked from across the table.
"Meh," I answered.
"Meh? How can you say meh about chicken nuggets?" He said, offended.
"They're not that great, from what I can remember," Piper said.
"You're a vegetarian, of course you would say that." Leo said.
"I used to eat meat, before we went past that awful cow farm!" She countered.
"When you were little. You won't remember properly, Beauty Queen," Leo said.
"Anyway, let's stop talking about the importance of chicken nuggets." Annabeth stated. I looked over to see Percy sitting next to her, putting blue food colouring in his lemonade. I gave him an odd look before turning back to my food.

Later, we all sat around in Annabeth and Thalia's room, talking. Leo and Calypso were telling us about their trip.
"We visited Paris," Leo said, smiling.
"Yeah, it was so romantic!" Calypso added. "We went up the Eiffel Tower!"
"It was a great view," Leo added.
"It sounds lovely," Reyna smiled.
"We also went to Australia. We went on the Sydney Harbour Bridge," Calypso exclaimed.
"Oh, wow! I've always wanted to go there... It has great architchture! What was it like?" Annabeth asked longingly.
"Oh, it was amazing! We also went to the Great Barrier Reef!" Leo said.
"Cool!" Percy said.
"And Uluru," Calypso added.
"Sounds fun," Thalia said.
"It was, we visited so many places... We couldn't stay long anywhere though, we only stayed for a day or two in each place," Leo said. I could still hear Annabeth whisper- rambling on about architecture to Percy, who listened and smiled at her. Looking at his face, I could see how much he cared about her.
"We went to Italy again!" Leo exclaimed.
"Yeah, we went up the leaning tower of Pisa. It was weird, it made us really dizzy. We had to lie down when we got down. It was the strangest feeling ever," Calypso said.
"Did you know that the leaning tower of Pisa is leaning because the weight was more than the architect estimated, so it begun to sink into the ground. They had to stop building it half way through. Later, another architect finished building it, who built it in a way which prevented it from sinking into the ground, which is why, if you look at it carefully, you can see it straightening out around halfway up," Annabeth said.
"Oookay... Thanks for the fact, Annabeth. Oh, we also wen to the pyramids in Egypt," Leo said.
"Wow! That sounds so cool!" Jason said.
"Yeah, it was. We went inside some of them, too!" Calypso said.
"Sounds creepy," Piper said, shuddering slightly.
"Yeah. It was," Calypso agreed.
"It was really hot, too! Not as hot as Australia was, of course," Leo said.
"Visit anywhere cold?" Frank asked.
"Yeah, we went to Iceland," Calypso said. "It was freezing, we had to get warmer clothes..."
"I didn't need to! I just set myself on fire! Calypso wasn't happy about this though, so I got warmer clothes too..." Leo exclaimed.
"Not particularly surprised, to be honest," Reyna said.
"Exactly!" Calypso agreed. "Imagine what people would think if they saw a teenager walking around on fire!"
"I guess..." Leo said.
"Well, Iceland was great! We visited so many places! We went the blue lagoon, that was so nice and relaxing, with the naturally heated water. We also went to loads of waterfalls, the Giza Centre, the bridge between the contenents, volcanoes, coasts..." Calypso said. "It was so beautiful!"
"Not as beautiful as you, sunshine," Leo said, kissing Calypso's cheek, making her blush. Thalia fake gaged.
"Leo, that is so cheesy!" Piper exclaimed.
"Yeah, it kinda is," I agreed.
"Just showing how much I love Calypso here," he argued. He froze. Everyone leaned forward to watch what would happen. "Oh... Calypso, sorry... I didn't mean that to come out... I mean, yeah... I do love you, but we've only been together for a little while. I should have waited longer... Oh, gods, I've ruined everything! Please, don't leave me, it was an acci-" he said, panicking.
"Leo, it's ok," Calypso said, putting a finger on his lips, silencing him. "I love you too," she said, taking her finger of his lips and giving him a short, sweet kiss. "You haven't ruined anything,"
"AWWWWW! THIS IS SO SWEET!" Piper exclaimed. I smiled.
"Ok... Phew!" Leo said, giving a relieved smile. I saw Annabeth look at the time, jump up and curse in ancient Greek.
"What?" Nico asked, jumping.
"The time! It is half past eleven! We need rest, we have to get all of the supplies tomorrow!" She exclaimed.
"Wise Girl, calm down. Everything will be fine, we can have a lie in tomorrow. We won't need the whole day. I see your point though. We should get some rest," Percy said, standing up and brushing off his legs with the palms of his hands. I stood up too, and walked to the door to let everyone out. Soon everyone had left, so I cleaned my reset got changed and went to bed. I sat and read for a while. I looked I've at Piper who was sitting in her bed, looking at Katropis, still sheathed.
"You OK?" I asked, smiling at her.
"Yeah... I was just wondering I looked into the blade, whether it would show me anything about the quest," she replied.
"I wouldn't risk it. It'll make you worry," I warned.
"You're probably right. I was just wondering," she agreed. "I'm gonna get some sleep. Night Hazel," Piper said, putting Katropis in the draw in her bedside table, lying down and turning of her lamp. I placed my book down, before also lying down and turning off my light. I closed my eyes, and fell asleep, ignoring the sound of the trains causing the building to shake and dust to fall down.
