The world seems bigger when you've never seen it. You get lost in time looking for an answer to your questions. At least that's what it seemed like for me. I needed someone to tell my story to, someone to listen to me. I couldn't trust people as much as I trust myself. I feared that they wouldn't care, or take it as a joke. Like I'm the crazy girl that "claims" to go back in time. Also would people care, but pretend it never happened because they're too "busy" or just scared.

Evening came and everything was still spinning in my mind. Vari didn't seem okay to me. She seemed... different. But I tried to get my mind off it. I was hungry instead, but I'm always hungry. One place stood out. It was a restaurant and a club into one. It stood out because it was the brightest thing I have ever seen in my life. Not really I've seen Aurora and her sun rays. But I was interested, so I went inside. Seemed safe, enough. Dad would probably care, but Dad is in Seattle right now.

Inside was a stage with lights and everything. It wasn't like a overwhelming place either. It was bright enough, but not too much to blind you. People were seated at so many tables. There were so many tables, I bet it was harder to get to them than for the waiters to set them. The lights were in strands hanging around the place glowing several different colors. The tables also had candles light at them. I was happy there weren't overwhelming lights because than people could see my shadow on their table.

On stage was a boy not much older than I am singing a song I've honestly never heard of.  He had a good singing voice which is kind of funny to say since he's my age. He was also tall, yeah taller than me. I couldn't help but smile and listen to the song. I also wondered if he was also trustworthy. Because if he was, then I could get to know him more. The song ended and he stayed on stage just talking to someone towards the back.

"Excuse me, do you need a table? Are you waiting for someone else to arrive? Do you have a parent with you?" It was one of the waiters fake smiling towards me. I could tell she wanted to know because she wants no one to come and watch for free.

I faked smiled back, I was actually mad at her for thinking that it would be best if I left. My first thought was to say, well then you just don't want my money. Instead I said, "Actually no, I'm from out of town just getting a glimpse of the area. And your lights outside really caught my eye, I thought I went blind for a second." Then I fake laughed. The lady was not amused.

"Little girl, please go get one of your parents and we will get you a table. But for now please leave! Oh and don't let the door hit you on the way out, actually let it hit ya." Now the lady had a look of don't mess with me on her face.

"Haha, yeah by the way, a loss of 20 pounds wouldn't hurt ya!" That is when she broke her face turned red and was furious by the fact that a "young" girl just said that to her.

I looked back in the silence the lady and I were in. The boy was looking at me in shock. Then he made the signal that means come here. I was so happy that I was going to finally talk  to him, but nervous because I just called a waitress fat. I kinda feel bad, but she started it.... sorta.

The boy pulled me backstage. It was pretty nice, like he's been he forever. There was a mini- fridge, popcorn machine, TV, a couch, and a swivel chair! He was more pulling me than suggesting that I come with him.

"So, my name is Laszlo I sing here. Yeah I know, but what were you doing talking to my aunt like that?"

"Oh, uh hi Laszlo you see your aunt and I well we...." I never got to finish.

"You did what I've always wanted to do! She's kinda well..."

"Words that you can't describe!"

"Yeah exactly! So where are you from? Oh and what's your name?"

This was my chance to say to somebody my secret I've been keeping for a few hours. "My name's Elizabeth and I am... I well... I'm from Seattle!" I couldn't say it then, I just couldn't

"So, why are you here in California arguing with my aunt?"

"Okay fine, I'll tell you! I traveled back in time! I'm from 2013, just a warning in 3 years there will be a huge freak blizzard that will cover the entire world! And the weird part is that is won't go away if you shovel it! So I'm the blame because I'm the guardian of water, so people think I'm the only one that could do this kind of thing! I might sound crazy right now, but really I'm not CRAZY!"

Laszlo looked at me with a look. He thought I was crazy. I really am, but I won't admit that on the first day. Then he smiled a haha your funny, right smile.

"So, guardian! You're a time traveler, ha. What do you want? Because I think you need a specialist. I mean time travel you're kidding right?" I gave him a serious look and then raised my eyes, my special look. "Oh my gosh you're not kidding!"

"Glad to see your catching on. Now are you busy for the next few years or so, I don't know how long it will take."

He looked at me and the door, then me and the door. It was like trying to pick. Living here with a crazy Aunt, which I assume he does. Or leave with a girl he just meet claiming to say she is a guardian. Both are pretty weird, but then he says;

"Okay, I'll go get packed, and I'm not kidding."
