-Amy's POV-

I couldn't believe what I just had agreed to. This was going to be the end of my life, and it was not going to be a happy ending, as I had always wished.

"Why do we even need to act in front of everybody, if this act is only for your parents?" I asked Shadow.

"It will be more believable, and if someone from school told my parents the truth, they would be very disillusioned in me," he explained as he took a big bite out of his cheese burger. That was actually his second one, as I had given him mine after I lost my appetite.

"Can we leave? I feel nauseous" I said.

"Look baby, it's not my fault you can't take this very well. Just relax and everything will go fine" he said assuredly.

How could I relax when this plan comes out of nowhere?! What would my friends say? My parents?!

All this thinking made my head hurt, so I decided to lay my head down in the table. I wanted to go home, and be in my pyjamas, having lots of snacks around me while I was surfing Netflix. I smiled at such thought. Now that's was I call relaxing.

"Amy, are you okay?" Shadow asked, making me look up from my current position.

"Yeah, I'm sorry" I said giving off a fake smile. Shadow seemed to stare at me for a couple of seconds, and I couldn't help but to stare back at those carmine eyes, until he finally stood up.

"Let's go," he said. I followed him back to his motorcycle, I was glad I could finally get to smell the comforting smell of Shadows cologne.

"Try not to drool on me this time please," Shadow said.

"To late" I said as I digged my nose father into his quills, getting a quite pleasant smell out of it. I smiled and let my head rest in Shadow's back, for once taking in the scenery we were passing by. The trees were blurry, and so were the cars. I had never been to this side of town before, so I was anxious to see where he was taking me.

We stopped and parked right in front of a forest.

"Come on," he said.

It was kind of hard to follow since there was a lot of branches on the way, and every so often I would trip on a rock.

"I didn't know you were so clumsy" Shadow chuckled.

"Shut up" I mumbled, blushing because he didn't seem to have any trouble.

"Okay, close your eyes" he said.

Nervously, I did as I was told. What if he was going to make me fall or something?

"Please don't do anything scary" I said.

He guided me through a way and soon enough we were there.

"Ready? Open your eyes," He said. I opened my eyes, and I was dumbstruck.

It was much different than inside the forest. It was a beautiful sight. There was tall trees, and lots of colorful flowers too. At last there was a stunning sunset, with colors ranging from red-orange to scarlet. I didn't realize I was holding in my breath, and I turned to Shadow to give him a smile.

"This is a beautiful place" I said.

"Yeah, I found it when I was moving in to this town. I couldn't believe nobody else had discovered it" He said sitting down in the grass. I copied him and sat next to him.

"Its really nice" I said laying on my back and watching the sun set. Shadow looked down on me and then smiled.

"Tell me about you," he said.
