When I woke up, my dog was scratching at my door. I groaned and got up, opening my door slowly. "Lets go..." I said as I walked down the stairs and let my dog out. I sat on my porch and checked my phone as I ran my hand through my hair, no new messages.

I sat outside for a while, watching all the cars drive by and didnt really pay attention. I was supposed to go get my sister from the airport. But I couldn't drive yet in Australia, I didn't have my license yet. I got up and let my dog back inside and walked upstairs, picking out my outfit. I picked out an old soccer t shirt and my warm up pants. I brushed my hair out and straightened it as I got out my makeup. I did my makeup as usual, and then grabbed my phone and keys to my car that my dad got me.

I got outside and got in the car. "Well...I don't know how to drive on this side of the road, but.." I said to myself as I started the car. I was so stupid to be doing. Then, I saw someone at my car window. I jumped and held my chest as I rolled the window down. "Luke! Don't scare me like that!" I said as Luke laughed and opened the car door.

"Scoot over, I am driving to wherever you need to get to." He smiled and pecked my cheek. I nodded and moved over to the other seat. "Where to, miss?"

I smiled and looked at him. "The airport, my sisters in town." He smiled and nodded as he pulled out of the driveway.


About an hour later, we got to the airport and I waited for my sister. I had texted her that we are waiting in the parking lot. As I saw her walking towards the car, I smiled and rolled down my window. "Get in, loser! We're going to dads!" I laughed and she got in the back.

"Drea!" She smiled and hugged me from behind. "And this must be the lucky man?" Luke smiled at her.

"Im Luke." He said with a smile and held out his hand.

"Such a gentleman." Diana said, giggling and shook his hand. "Lovely to meet you, Luke! I am her older sister, Diana." She smiled and Luke nodded.

"Pleasure to meet ya, Diana." Luke said as he pulled his hand away and reached for my hand, intertwining our fingers together. I smiled to myself am he started driving again back to my house.

"So, how did you two meet?" Diana asked all these questions about our relationship and Luke just smiled.

"Her and Jai go to the same school and she came after school one day with him to help him with his English assignment and I just fell for her right then and there." Luke said, glancing over at me and I smiled.

"Awwww. That's so cute." Diana said, as she looked at the two of us. I stroked the back of Luke's hand with my thumb and he smiled to himself. We stopped at a red light and he leaned over, pressing his lips to my cheek. I felt his cold lip ring and I shivered a little. He pulled back and looked at me.

"Cold, babe?" He asked as he rubbed my arm. I nodded and smiled.

Diana was on her phone, ignoring us. That's how she usually was when I had relationships. She would ignore me if me and my boyfriend got all lovey dovey.

When we got to my house, Luke carried in Diana's stuff and put it in the guest bedroom.

"Thank you, Luke!" Diana said with a smile.

Luke nodded and smiled small. "No problem. Where's your dad at?" I shrugged and looked around.

"Probably at work.." I said,still looking around. Luke nodded and sat down on the couch, checking his phone.

Diana sat down and looked at the pictures. "I remember this...wow." She said quietly as she kept looking at the pictures. I sat down next to her and nodded.

"I kinda wish dad and mom got back together, y'know? Because dad misses mom and I bet she misses him.." I sighed and looked over at Luke. Luke smiled up at me and looked back down at his phone, frowning slightly.

Diana nodded and leaned closer to me. "He seems upset.." She whispered and I looked back at Luke, who did seem to have a sad expression on his face. I got up and took his phone out of his hands and sat on his lap.

"You okay, babe?" I kissed his head and he nodded.

"I am fine! Just trying to edit something.." He took his phone and I nodded as he faked a smile at me. I got up and sat back down next to Diana. Diana got up and looked at us.

"I am gonna go wash up and then we are gonna go out for lunch!" She smiled and Luke nodded, flashing a smile at her. She walked into the bathroom and I looked at Luke.

"Luke..."

He looked at me with that expression on his face. "What?"

"What's wrong?" I asked as I sat next to him.

Luke shook his head and looked at me again. "Nothing! Don't worry!"

I sighed and nodded. "Okay.."


He was lying, there was something up.
