The second day of school I was prepared. Now that I knew at least someone, I thought I would be fine. With Jai having a lot of classes with me, I figured he could help me with my studies...

I woke up at a later time today, about 7:30 and got ready as usual. Landon said he was gonna pick me up, but he wasnt there at 8.. Then, I saw a boy walking by himself, humming something to himself. I noticed it was Jai, so I grabbed my book bag and ran down my front stoop steps towards him.

"Hey you!" I exclaimed to him as he turned and smiled.

"Oh hey, Andy, you walking today?" He asked as he pulled one of his ear buds out of his ear.

I nodded and smiled. "You were walking all by yourself so we're gonna walk together!" I said as he nodded and smiled.

"Well then lets go, we are gonna be late." He laughed and we walked together.

As we walked, we talked about our favorite things to do and our interests. I had mentioned that I am a soccer player and a gymnast.

"That's pretty cool! We play footy out here in Australia, kinda like soccer but I am good at soccer too!" Jai said with a smile, and I smiled back at him.

"Why doesn't Luke go to school anymore? It's just you!" I asked as I looked up at him slightly.

Jai shrugged. "Well we are made fun of by people at our school for being nerds or public embarrassments because of our videos. He couldn't take it anymore, so he dropped out...he was talking about you last night." He smirked and looked at his phone.

My stomach instantly sank to my toes. Luke talked about me?? I didn't do anything! "H-he did?" I stuttered, which made me sound like an idiot. Jai smiled like a loser at me and nodded.

"Yeah, he wants you to come over after school so you two can hang out.." He laughed and tucked his phone in his back pocket. My eyes widened and I nodded almost immediately. Luke was a really cute guy and I was kinda crushing on him, but not a big crush! I just met him yesterday, I just couldn't believe he was asking me to come over..

We got to school twenty minutes late and walked into English slowly as the class stared at us. The teacher glared at us and shook her head.

"Any excuses as to why you two are late?" She asked with a stern attitude, tapping her toes.

Jai thought for a moment. "Uh, I was walking with her to school and she had to run to the office to get a new schedule.." He took a deep breath and looked over at me.

Mrs. Foster nodded. "Alright, this is a warning, next time it's an after school hold, take your seats." We both nodded at the same time and sat down in our seats as this boy Andrew turned around and looked at us.

"Nice excuse, Jai." He said with a chuckle. Andrew must've been Jai's friend because he was being nice. This girl, who's name was Emily or something looked at us with a nasty look and shook her head at me. I didn't do anything wrong, did I?

I looked at Jai. "Jai, there's this chick staring at me.." Jai looked over there and glared at her, causing her to turn away.

"That's my ex girlfriend, Emily. She's best friends with my cousin Elena and she does nothing but talk shit about me.." He shook her head. "She should really stop looking at me before I say what she did with Brandon.." He rose his voice slightly and Emily gasped.

"You're a dick, Jai." She said as she looked away and slouched down in her seat. Jai laughed to himself and wrote down the notes. I looked at Emily, then at Jai, really confused.

After class as I was walking out, Emily put her foot in front of me, causing me to stumble forward slightly. I glared at her and rose an eyebrow.

"Oops, sorry.." She said in a sweet innocent voice.

"Dude, can you not be so bitchy? I am not with Jai, calm down... You're obviously jealous." She scoffed and got closer to me.

"Me? Jealous of you? No way in hell, Andrea or whatever. Jai's my ex and I don't plan on taking him back. He's all yours." She rolled her eyes and walked out of the classroom. Jai was already gone, so I had to walk to Physics by myself.

I got to physics and my lab partner was Jai. It seemed we were paired together for all classes. I looked over at him and he shook his head.

"Are you mad at me?" He looked at me and shook his head.

"No, just... Emily's a bitch and if you call her that, she's gonna make your life hell. That's why I try to ignore her at all costs.. Be careful what you say around her, because she'll turn it into something else." I nodded slowly and wrote down the assignments and looked at the teacher.

School was over a couple hours later, and I waited outside for Jai and I checked my messages. When Jai approached me, he was with that Andrew kid from our English class. I smiled up at them and put my phone in my pocket.

"Ready to go hang out with Lukey??" Jai said in a teasingly tone, causing me to giggle a little.

"I am definitely ready! Lets go!" I said with a smile as we walked to his house.

We got to his house about twenty minutes later and I stood there before walking in. I walked in behind Jai and Andrew, and walked in to see Luke topless.

My cheeks went tomato red and I tried to hide them. Luke looked so good shirtless and I needed to stop blushing. He turned around and smiled at me, my smile returned and my blush wouldn't leave my cheeks.

"Hey, Drea." Luke said with his accent and I died inside. I smiled and waved.

"Hi." I simply said, as Luke came up to me.

"You can do your homework later, now.. We are hanging out.." He said as he took my hand and we walked into the den together...
