Things around Melbourne had been quiet. Nothing really special, but Jai had still been torn and broken over the recent breakup with him and his girlfriend. Luke, Beau, Gina, and I did everything we could to cheer him up but nothing seemed to be working. He just wanted to be alone, but being alone wouldn't be the best idea considering the state of mind he's in. He's depressed, broken, feeling alone, and I don't know what to do.

I went over to the Brooks' house and Luke wasn't home. Only Jai, which was a stupid idea to leave him alone. I walked into his room slowly and saw him laying there, looking at his phone. "Hey, Jai.." I said quietly, closing the door behind me. He locked his phone and sat up, looking at me.

"Hey.." He said with a sad tone to his voice. He sniffled and rubbed his eyes. He looked exhausted and heartbroken. I just wanted to hug him and tell him everything was okay. 

Seating myself down next to him, he looked at me and I just hugged him tightly, rubbing his back lightly. I felt Jai lay his head on my shoulder and I could just feel the sadness in the room. "I know it's tough, Jai..But you gotta stick it out. Things will get better and I know they will. She's just missing out on a great guy." 

Jai looked at me and shook his head. "She cheated on me, because she didn't love me...I put my heart and soul into that fucking relationship and she didn't fucking care, Drea. She didn't! But I cared so much about her, no one wants to be with a guy who's stuck up someone's ass that far." He shook his head again, slamming his fist against the bed. I jumped a little and looked at him, wiping under his eyes. 

"Jai..You loved her more than ever, and she obviously didn't see that. That's her fault! You were the best damn thing that ever happened to her and you need to see that. She did the wrong thing of leaving you, because you were so happy around her, but I don't know what got into her. She seemed nice, I never met her actually since she flew out here before I knew about you guys. But, I am sorry this happened to you." I sighed, and put my hand on his cheek. "You're a great guy, and I can promise you that." I leaned forever, giving his cheek a simple peck. I widened my eyes and shook my head. "Consider that a loving peck, to tell you to get better. Because I love you, Luke loves you, Beau loves you, your mom loves you, everyone loves you." I smiled and patted his back.

Jai's lips curved into a smile, something I hadn't seen in a while. I felt good about myself. I never had made someone happy like that. I saw his door open and it was Luke. Luke walked up to us and he kissed my cheek lightly. 

"Hey guys..How ya doing, Jai?" He asked and Jai nodded at him. 

"Doing better, Drea and I talked." He smiled at me and I nodded, smiling at him, then up at Luke. 

"I am just like a Dr. Phil." I laughed and they both smiled at me. 

Jai hugged me and I hugged him back. "Thank you, Drea.." I smiled and nodded.

"Glad I can help you, Jaido." I laughed and pecked his cheek. 

"You made me feel better about myself, really..." He said as I looked at him. I was glad I could be that one to make him feel better.
