Song of the chapter: Wrapped up by Olly Murs

"After that one look, and that one specific smile, you know that you are in deep, unavoidable trouble." -A quote of double meaning.

Rosalie Scott

Carl said the Diana needed some rest, she had been tired, feverish, and he said that she fainted when she was walking to the bathroom.

I gladly accepted to go to the diner, and I spent the rest of the day there, solving my calculus homework, and writing my English essay. And let's not forget bossing around. I liked that part.

I met Aria in school when I was parking my bicycle, but she wasn't as happy as yesterday. She looked like she wanted a hug. I stood and opened my arms widely. She didn't hesitate to hug me back. "What's wrong?" I asked.

She sighed, "Adam missed his flight," She pulled back, and continued talking, "I skipped my last period yesterday, and I totally Ignored Calvin's talking -which I'm going to regret- to go and pick up Adam from the airport, but he wasn't there! I called him, and he said he missed the flight. I hate him!" She groaned, we started walking around the garden.

I laughed, "No, you don't. I'm sure he has a good reason to," I assured her, she looked convinced, though. Like I just told her something she already thought of.

"You're probably right, he's not one to miss anything." She said with a small smile on her face, "So, how's your yesterday?"

I laughed, liking her question, "How's my yesterday? Okay, it was– full of work and homework," Homework my butt, I didn't solve most of the problems because I covered for the cook back at the diner. He went on a family emergency, and never came back! What an ass. There's that word again. It reminds me of Calvin.

I wonder what Calvin was thinking, when he fixed my bike. Anyhow, my thanks were in their way.

"Speaking of yesterday, who was that guy?" I asked her, she tensed, exactly like she did when she saw that British.

She blinked, then chuckled, "What guy? Haha, you're funny. Pfft, haha, guy she said," I glared at her, and she stopped laughing.

"That British guy, you ran from," I raised an eyebrow at her. Her shoulders fell, and she sighed.

Biting her lip, she hesitated, "Okay, I'll tell you why. Lunch?" I wanted to know now!

I nodded, "Okay," as we entered the school.

The music class has come to an end, the teacher was passing assignments, each group was given a sheet of a classic to rehearse on.

I was packing my stuff, when the other students started leaving. I could see the teacher approaching me, "Rosalie, good job today," She told me, I have her a smile.

  "Thank you,"

She nodded, clutching her books to her chest, "Have you ever thought about singing as a career? I mean, I know that you're not an heir, so it's possible for you to be a singer," That made me chuckle.

"I'm not that good, and even if I was it's highly unlikely to be a well known singer. Plus, I'm interested in something else," I had an ambition, and I plan to do whatever it takes to make it come true.
