All of the Avengers, except for Bruce and Thor, were gathered in the meeting room at the new Avengers compound. I noticed that Tony kept staring at Bucky, which made me very nervous. Steve slapped a folder down on the table which broke me away from my thoughts. We all turned to him. I saw that he was kind of angry.

"One of Hydra's ex top thugs has it out for a certain someone here." He explained.

"What do you mean 'ex'?" Sam asked, handing me the folder.

"His name is Amell Koftorinski. He escaped Hydra after only working for them for a few years. He was trying to get information about someone, but I never knew who. He's like a ghost. I've been searching for him for years." Natasha spoke up.

"So he was only in Hydra just to get information about this person?" Rhodey asked.

This guy had a lot of background information. I kept reading and the more I read about it, the more it felt like I knew him.

"Yes. I haven't looked into the folder yet, but I only know what Natasha has told me." Steve replied.

"Okay, well let's just get the guy and call it a day." Tony piped up.

"We can't. We have no idea where he is and he's very dangerous. He'll probably end up showing his face since he's after one of us." Natasha answered.

"Well who is he after?" Sam asked.

"James Buchanan Barnes..." I said softly.

Everyone looked at me as I set the opened folder on the table. Steve grabbed it and read the page where it stated who Amell was after. He looked up at Bucky, worry clouding his face.

"Buck..." He said quietly.

I stood up abruptly and left the room. I ran all the way to my room and let out a sob.

"Wanda."

I turned around slowly and saw Bucky. He looked so defeated. "Why are you upset?" He asked me.

"I'm upset because I knew something terrible would happen. It's like the world wants me to have no humanity because I keep losing people I care about! That guy, Amell, he's going to come and something will happen to you! I can feel it." I cried out. I could feel my hex intertwining with my fingers. I was so angry.

"That's not going to happen." Bucky wrapped his arms around me and held me. "I promise."

I choked out a sob and cried onto his shoulder. "I don't want to lose you, Bucky."

He placed one hand on the small of my back. His hand peeked through the bottom of my shirt. The cool metal soothed me instantly. His other hand stroked my hair. "You won't lose me, Wanda. I'm not going to let that happen."
